Releasing Mental Ties by the Arcturians

Greetings, beloved beings of light, we are the Arcturians. We come forth in gentle waves of light, to support your transitions in the world. We wish to support you in moving your mind, your mental state, your perspectives into new dimensions of light. Allowing you to connect on a deeper level and with greater understanding with your guides and beings within the Universe of the Creator that wish to support you in your ascension.
To shift your mind, your mental state into new dimensions of light, therefore, accessing wisdom and enlightenment, there is a need to release mental ties. In doing so, you will let go of all that is anchoring you into your current dimension and reality and the way you perceive your reality in the now. As you release ties within your mental body and your mind, you will be able to understand, see, sense and acknowledge with greater clarity and sensitivity. Opening up your energy to new connections, communications and understandings that serve you in your ascension pathway now.
We wish to speak of releasing mental ties, we invite you to imagine that a memory or a thought is like a circle or a bubble and that your attachment to these memories or thoughts is like a cord or a string. When you are attached to certain memories or thoughts, they influence your understanding of the world within and around you, including your ascension Journey. When you let go of attachments, cords or strings to thoughts or memories that are holding you back, then it is a liberating experience that allows you the space and ability to gain clarity and view other dimensions of light.
When we speak of attachment, we are speaking of a thought, or a memory that you are holding on to and that you are energising and inviting to support you in creating your reality. For example, there may be a memory from your childhood that even now causes you pain, embarrassment or fear. This is a memory and experience that you are holding onto, there is a cord attached to it, you are giving it energy and it is supporting you in creating your reality. When you remember a circumstance or experience, the fear, pain or whatever emotion you experience is supporting you in creating your reality. You may feel that you are not holding on to this memory. It may feel too painful to even remember, but the energy requires to be resolved. Once it is resolved the emotion is resolved and the attachment disappears. The memory simply becomes a memory, it is filed into the library of experiences and when you think of it, there is no reaction within you, it is simply a memory.
Some memories may activate peace, joy, and love, these are appropriate. These are the energies that you wish to create your reality with, you wish to look into your reality through glasses of joy, happiness, love, and peace rather than fear, anger or pain.
We begin to recognise that when there is an attachment, a cord, we are holding on to that experience, energising it, and using it to create our reality. Therefore, it requires to be resolved, we can learn from it, and then file it away as a memory that brings wisdom rather than a memory that creates an activation within your being.
We now move on to the next stage of how to release these cords, and ties that anchor you into certain dimensions and perspectives.
There is first a need to recognise the experience, accept that it is unresolved, accept that there is a tie to this experience and that it is like an anchor holding you in a certain perspective.
All of this will support a release, and you may ask the experience or memory, what the message is that you need to understand, that you need to carry with you from now on as a gift, a treasure? What was learned from the experience? What can you embody instead as a result of the experience? And what positive empowering embodiment can be gained?
You may even need to ask, is there anything else that needs to be acknowledged in order for this tie to be severed?
When you feel ready, when you feel you have gained everything that you need to then you can call upon us the Arcturians or your guides to cut, sever and dissolve the ties, whatever feels appropriate, maybe it is to melt the ties and to file away the memory in your library of memories.
If you find that you are unable to dissolve that tie, you may need to sit in the energy of the experience, accepting it. Focusing upon it until it dissolves, it will melt away. Sometimes energies and experiences simply need your attention almost as if they are required to be watched or observed as they release and disperse. The more that you can release mental ties, even ties to belief systems that are anchoring you in a certain perspective. You will find that your state of mind awakens and expands and that you are able to connect with new dimensions, with very little effort. You will also find that you are more able to be in the present and to enjoy the present moment.

How to Understand Your Truth by the Arcturians

Greetings and love, we are the Arcturians. We come forth as a collective and consciousness to bring into your reality a greater connection and understanding of your own personal truth. Many of you seek your truth, many of you wish to embody and express your truth, and many of you wish to discover the truth of the Creator. A truth that will bring forth enlightenment, gifts, skills and abilities.
The entire Universe of the Creator is filled with the truth of the Creator. There are numerous levels and dimensions of truth. Truth can appear in one form or as one reality and it can appear in another form or completely diverse and different reality. In the same way that the Creator is always evolving, transforming, and in motion, truth appears and acts in the same way. Therefore, we can recognise the truth is not necessarily something that is stagnant or remains the same. It is an energy, a source that is constantly in motion, constantly transforming, shifting and changing. The Universe of the Creator is like a library of all the different forms, realities, understandings, thoughts, and opinions of truth, all of these are accepted as the Creator, as an expression, a presence or an embodiment of the Creator.
Truth is something that an individual can access. It is something that they might shield from others and even themselves. It is something that they can reveal, can manifest from and weave into realities. Within your being there are numerous forms and dimensions of truth. Your personality holds a dimension of truth, your heart chakra holds a dimension of truth, your soul holds a dimension of truth, even your physical body holds a dimension of truth. Each has a personal truth that is unique and individual, these truths create a whole, they create your whole being. It may seem that if all aspects of your being are holding different forms or dimensions of truth you may wonder how you can be whole and complete? How can you merge and become one or aligned?
The next question is, do they need to be one? Is it appropriate to have different truths within your being? In many ways it is, because the role of the physical body is very different to the role of the crown chakra. The role of the emotions or emotional body is very different to the earth star chakra, below your feet. We can upgrade the truth that your being aligns with, however, there is a need to recognise and accept the truth that you are embodying in this moment. For example, the physical body might be embodying the truth of vitality and health or pain and sickness, maybe irritation or anger. We might not recognise these as truth, and this invites us to contemplate when we use the word and the label truth what are we referring to? What is our meaning? What is the purpose of this word?
For us, the Arcturians, the word truth means something that is personal, often a wisdom or a consciousness, or even information, which could manifest as keys or codes or even light language. It is information that is personal to that expression of the Creator. You are an expression of the Creator. We are an expression of the Creator. We are bringing forth our truth to you now. We are bringing forth information, a vibration and frequency, you might say an energy that is personal to us, that is aligned to us and yet, we also feel may assist and inspire you. We are recognising our truth in this moment and we invite you to recognise your own truth as you are present with us,
What are you feeling?
What are you thinking?
What do you embody?
Whether you perceive that you have a negative outlook, a positive outlook, or something else, you are standing in your truth at this moment. This is the truth that you are bringing to our presence, and all that we are sharing with you now. This is our truth that we are bringing to your presence. We are stating that we all stand in our truth in every moment of our reality.
This leads us to expectations and desires of truth. We can imagine truth as a treasure of enlightenment, as a state of complete knowingness, an understanding of all that is the Creator. This treasure for some seems out of reach, for others it is very alluring, and yet it is within your being, it is within every being, it is present, and it is ready to be of service. We can recognise what we might call this, ultimate truth. It is something we can access, when we focus upon it or align with it within the being. This leads us to an understanding that even the truth, that is the ultimate truth, is constantly in motion, constantly changing, never remaining the same, and leaves glimpses of understanding. Therefore, even your ultimate truth, your divine truth is unique to you.
You may feel it aligns or is similar to the truth of other people, their words, their inspiration may inspire you, connecting you on a deeper level with your own ultimate truth. Your truth is unique to you and it is like a pair of glasses that you wear to view yourself, view others, and the reality that you create.
You may feel a question rising within your being.
If the truth is personal to the individual, and if it is constantly moving, constantly shifting. and transforming, how can any being truly grasp the truth? How can any being embody and understand with the mental mind their own truth, the ultimate truth, the divine truth? All the different and diverse forms of the truth. Maybe our explanation might make you feel adrift or lost, as you wish to ground the truth, understand it and hold it within your mind. What we invite you to understand and acknowledge is that there is a need to act without attachment. In many ways to be detached from the truth. To let it come, let it inspire, let it influence, allow yourself to embody, and to experience, then to know that you are evolving through this embodiment.
You can accept new levels, dimensions and forms of truth. Let us explain this further in a very physical way. Maybe years ago, you came to an understanding, maybe you had some enlightenment, a realisation and it was so profound and deep, you have carried it with you for such a long time, you live your life by it and this is appropriate and has been necessary for your own spiritual evolution. However, at this moment, we the Arcturians invite you to contemplate this realisation.
However, does it serve you now?
Is it appropriate for you to carry it with you?
Is there a need for a new understanding, a new perspective that will serve you greater?
We hope that it is through this process that you can begin to live with greater ease in regards to your own truth and have a greater flow when connecting with, experiencing and understanding your own truth. We will leave you to contemplate. No doubt our sharing has created more questions. Let them rest within your being and the answers will come.

How to Remain Balanced in Times of Uncertainty by the Arcturians

Greetings and love, we the Arcturians extend to your being now. We envelop you in the stars of the Universe of the Creator, surrounding you in blazing light, to support your ascension and spiritual journey upon the Earth. Allow yourself to inhale the light of these many stars as they fill you with the Creator’s sacred qualities, everything that you need and require is within your being. There is always light that you can draw upon, especially from the stars in the Universe of the Creator. Although the entire Universe of the Creator exists within your being, you can imagine the stars of the Universe of the Creator surrounding you almost like fireflies radiating and emanating light into your being, allowing you to bathe in the most glorious, nourishing light of the Creator.
As you ascend all those around you ascend and Mother Earth. This can create times of uncertainty where you might feel off balance, or misaligned with yourself, with others, with the Earth, or even the Creator. You may experience separation, or a misunderstanding, when you feel uncertainty within your being, it is often that this is mirrored into your reality causing you to feel uncertainty with greater power and strength within. This cycle can build until you lose focus on who you are, your power, and your sacred abilities.
In times of uncertainty, it is important to first recognise that you feel uncertain, unbalanced or confused. When you recognise that this is the space that you are experiencing and that it is integrating into your reality, it is the first stage of acceptance. There may be a need to accept that many in the world are feeling uncertain and this is creating a wider reality for all, causing doubt or fear. With acceptance of the uncertainty within your being, you are able to move forth to bring yourself into balance. We invite you to sit in the energy of uncertainty.
What does it feel like?
What colour do you recognise?
What words come forth?
How does it impact your physical body?
How does it impact your physical reality?
As you recognise this, we the Arcturians invite you to breathe deeply into all that you discover. You may experience the energy climaxing and then releasing somewhat, shifting and changing into something different. We invite you to focus upon this until you experience an upliftment or insight. If you find that you are unable to move through the energy and access the insight, then you may wish to try again another day or invite your guides forward to support you and offer healing.
Continuing, we the Arcturians wish to invite you to imagine that you are the Creator, because you are the Creator of your own reality. Imagine you are the Creator, the source of All That Is, you have all of the qualities, all of the abilities, everything that you need and desire to support you in your reality upon the Earth and to support others as well.
In this situation of uncertainty as the Creator, what qualities do you believe would most assist a transformation?
As you access the different Creator qualities that will support a transformation in uncertainty and bring forth balance within your being, you are creating an energy, a healing energy that supports you. You are activating an inner remembrance and sacred vibrations to come forth and flood your being. Take time to evaluate the qualities that would be most successful in transforming the situation of uncertainty into balance. It could be the quality of peace, of love, courage, tenderness, empathy, calmness, vibrancy, or action. As you recognise these qualities, begin to imagine them blossoming within your being, creating a ball or a cocoon of light around you that is filled with these sacred qualities. Let it flow throughout every aspect of your being.
Sit within this vibration, these sacred qualities, this activated energy from within your being. Feel it’s soothing, healing, uplifting your entire being. Feel yourself becoming aware of your feet, the ground beneath you and the energy flowing into Mother Earth. Recognise how it flows into her centre and cascades in all directions. It also cascades from your being in all directions and especially to situations of uncertainty. This sacred synthesis of light and Creator qualities supports the outcome of balance. As the qualities of the Creator synthesis they become a tonic, and a healing balm. When you feel uncertain or out of balance, confused or chaotic you can think of this sacred synthesis of energy, filling yourself up with it and allowing it to cascade out in all directions. You will feel more centred and balanced, this will impact the reality that you’re creating and the reality around you.
To finish this process, we invite you to seek deep within your heart or higher heart chakra to discover your soul and a seed of light. The seed of light holds the energy of being balanced, grounded, powerful, able to access and use the skills and abilities of your being. Imagine, sense, acknowledge that this seed grows, maybe it grows into a tree or the most beautiful flower, a bush or a fruitful plant. Watch and imagine it growing within your being. Notice how its roots are very long, strong and grounded into the Earth. It is radiant, able to stand tall and powerfully. This growth from the seed is you, your energy, your qualities, your ability to remain balanced whatever occurs within or around you.
In times of uncertainty, you know that you can impact your being and reality in a very powerful way that will create transformation and bring forth balance. Not only for you but for others as well. We, the Arcturians, are present to support you in any and every moment. You may simply call upon our energies to be with you.

Greetings, we are the Arcturians. We come forth as a collective energy to bring to you the energies, vibrations and codes that you need and require in this moment. We wish to bring forth the Star Seed Invitation to activate sacred and ancient wisdom upon the Earth and within beings. Our purpose is to assist more beings in accessing a wisdom that they are seeking and searching for.
Do you find in this moment that you are seeking for something or maybe someone? you may feel as if you don’t quite understand what you are seeking for or even how to discover it. Maybe you do understand what you are seeking for but accessing or discovering it seems challenging or even impossible.
As we bring forth the Star Seed Invitation, we wish to support you in gaining that which you are seeking. In accessing this energy you may complete this stage of your Ascension and move forth to new remembrance and understanding. Many souls, who extend from planets, stars, and the inner plane civilisations and are anchored into the Earth are known as Star Seeds. These souls are ancient, they hold wisdom that is sacred and essential for the remembrance of the Creator and for the Ascension journey. Many Star Seeds can be dormant upon the Earth. They do not know that they are Star Seeds and that they carry such valuable wisdom or information. They may not know that it is time to distribute the information and wisdom in a way that is appropriate for them. Even if a Star Seed knows they are a Star Seed and that they have wisdom to share, they may find it challenging to do so.
As we the Arcturians bring forth the Star Seed Invitation, we are sharing a specific crystalline energy to support and invite the souls of Star Seeds, especially those upon the Earth to begin to activate their Star Seed original energy. As they begin to activate their Star Seed original energy, so the necessary and appropriate wisdom will come to the surface of their mind, being, and the consciousness of humanity. Like a pink smoke or cloud drifting into the consciousness of humanity from each Star Seed thus everyone will be able to access this ancient wisdom even if they are not Star Seeds. The information and wisdom is available to all. Those that activate the wisdom and knowledge within their being, this original Star Seed energy will hold the power, the truth and the connection to share this wisdom through their own being, whether it is through words, music, art, movement, energetic transfer, or healing. Star Seeds upon the Earth will begin to activate and are being invited to reconnect with this energy to bring it into embodiment within their being and reality, therefore sharing it with the world and the consciousness of humanity.
There is something that every being upon the Earth is seeking and it may be something different for each person. The wisdom coming forth, will complete that seeking process. It will be important to recognise what you are seeking and its completion. Sometimes things are only completed at an energetic level and not a physical level. An example of this could be that you are seeking a sacred space to express your truth in and that maybe you feel that this is a new home for you. As you seek the new home and are unable to find it, you may realise that the completion of this process is actually you receiving or activating the sacred energy and creating that sacred space where you are now. It could be that the home you are seeking or feel that is needed might not be necessary, or it might come at a later stage. The energetic reality maybe what is important.
It is important to realise that manifestation occurs on the energetic and physical level, sometimes it does not manifest on the physical in the way that you imagine. It is important to recognise what you are seeking and what your soul is seeking. In other moments your soul will continue to seek other energies and experiences, but in this very moment, what is your soul seeking? If you understand this, then as we achieve the Star Seed Invitation. You will receive the energy that is needed to complete this seeking. This may or may not manifest in your reality. First, it will need to be experienced within your being. You can benefit from this activation, whether you are a Star Seed or not. If you are not a Star Seed, you will still receive the energy to complete your seeking. You will receive it from those that are Star Seeds.
First, we invite you to recognise what your being is seeking in this moment, then we invite you to call forth us the Arcturians to begin the Star Seed Invitation Activation with you. We will come forth and deliver our energy to you and we invite you to receive this energy. We will deliver it to all upon the Earth and all beings. As you receive you may experience insights, we are either activating the Star Seed energy within your being or within the world so that you may benefit from it. With this wisdom will flow answers you are seeking, energy and truth as well. We simply invite you to sit and receive this energy. Receive it for as long as feels appropriate. You may need to receive it many times. You are assisting the entire Earth in activating the Star Seed wisdom. The original energy of the Star Seeds. You will know when the process is complete, you will discover insights or knowingness in response to your seeking. When you experience this, whether you understand it or not, we invite you to breathe it into the Earth, across the entire world and into the consciousness of humanity. You may find that other seeking’s come up as well and that you need to achieve this practice several times. It is for you to follow your intuition and inner guidance.
It is time to dissolve the seeking and accept the completeness and wholeness of your being and your Ascension.

Rewriting Initiation by the Arcturians

Greetings and love, we are the Arcturians. We come forth with our light, love and truth to gift to you and remind you of the Divine Creator existing within your being. Your natural abilities are of creation, you can create anything you wish, especially when aligned with all that is the Creator. You have the ability to create your reality, to create your thoughts, to create your reactions and your actions. You have an ability to create the world around you and even transform your physical and energetic body. It is important that you remember this power, skill and ability even if you are unaware of it or do not know how to use it. It is important to hold the intention and the belief that you do know how to create because creation for you is as natural as breathing.
When you pass over into the inner planes leaving behind your physical body, known as death on the Earth. You have time to contemplate your journey upon the Earth, and from the inner planes you have time, if you wish, to rewrite the journey you experienced on the Earth. This means that you do not experience it physically as you rewrite it, but energetically. You have the choice to return to the Earth understanding what needs to be rewritten, the experiences that you had and created that need to be transformed or advanced. You have the option to return to the Earth to rewrite those experiences in another lifetime, thus experiencing it physically. This is a very important aspect of your journey. It is a time of contemplation where you gain greater understanding of the purpose of your soul and the reason for your existence within the ascension journey of the Earth. It is important to realise that you are in a process of rewriting your journey and your experiences on the Earth now. In this lifetime you are rewriting experiences that you had in a previous or simultaneous lifetime. This requires some contemplation.
Can you imagine or understand what it is that your soul is choosing to rewrite, to transform and advance or learn from in this current reality. Before you came to this lifetime you were in that state of contemplation, reviewing the previous or simultaneous lifetime, understanding what needed to transform, what needed to be embodied, grounded, understood and brought into fruition now. You are enacting it in this lifetime and therefore, it is so important to recognise your power of creation, how you can create what you want, and what you desire and dream of?
It is important to recognise where you experience blockages, stagnant energy, challenges, chaos, and sabotage, realising that these areas are immensely valuable, and they can be rewritten.
At this time in the ascension process for all beings there is an initiation coming forth where the energies expressed by the Creator support your rewriting of your current reality. Higher vibrations, powerful frequencies and codes are flowing forth into your being to support you in achieving this initiation. It is an initiation where you rewrite aspects of your reality that you have already experienced in this lifetime. It is almost as if you are passing over onto the inner planes and yet you are remaining in your physical body. You have that time, that option to rewrite your reality. Therefore, you can bring that which you understand and acknowledge into your present and future experiences.
Let us share with you how to rewrite certain areas of your reality.
First, there is a need to acknowledge an area that is causing chaos, challenges, pain, wounds, or anything that creates disharmony. When you have chosen an experience, contemplate it, sit with it, think about it. What does it feel like? What does it activate within your being? What does it make you think?
Sit with this energy for as long as possible until it transforms, and we say as long as possible because it may become overwhelming. If it does, then you know, it is about to transform. Often when you have this intention, the transformation occurs very quickly. It will transform into something else, maybe the energy of bliss, love, or truth. In the moments of transformation, you ask for your soul to activate, expressing, radiating and emanating the most appropriate and divinely guided codes and frequencies to secure the rewriting of this experience.
You may find that you visualise a different experience that will replace the experience or you simply connect with vibrations or qualities of the Creator. Let the power flow from your being. You may find you need to move your body in order to bring forth the movement to lock in the rewriting. It will be a very creative process as if you are painting or making a masterpiece. You may be guided to bring forth different qualities, energies, thoughts, or visions. Please follow your guidance and when the process is complete, we the Arcturians invite you to feel the floor beneath you, to be aware of the floor, the ground, Mother Earth beneath you. Thus, grounding and anchoring your energies into your being, reality, and the Earth. This is a very simple process of rewriting.
The most important aspect of this communication is that the Creator is supporting the rewriting of your past, of this lifetime. Thus, you in this moment blossom into a transformed advanced being because your past becomes very different transforming your present reality.

Greetings, greetings, we are the collective energy of the Arcturians. We come forth with light, love, technology and wisdom, a light technology which serves the divine. In our communication with you today we wish to speak about Dormant Sadness.
We invite you in this moment to be consciously aware of your body and being. You may or may not be aware your energy vibration has quickened. When you focus carefully, you can feel your vibration like the rhythm of light of your body and being. A rhythm which is quickening with each advancement, awakening and mastery you achieve. Your body and being is filled with light and wisdom. You have more light, love, truth and wisdom within your being now, then you have ever had upon the Earth.
The advancements that we are seeing spiritually, are ground-breaking and yet, you may feel normal as if you are still struggling or challenging yourself to achieve your ascension. When you take a moment to recognise the light within your being, you really understand how amazing you are, how you are a light being existing and merging with the physical body to exist upon the Earth. Even though it is immensely challenging your light being supports you in your connection with the divine, the Creator. The more you become aware of the energy vibration or rhythm within your being, the more impactful it is and the more you recognise your vibration in your daily reality. This is a reminder of the advancements you are making and the power you hold within your being, anything and everything is possible with the love, light, truth and wisdom you hold within your being now. Sometimes the mind needs time to reflect and to become the same vibration as the body and being. Therefore, thoughts become enlightened and illuminated supporting you in opening your being to receive, embody and activate more light, love, truth and wisdom.
When you are in a space of bliss, connecting with love and light, sadness seems as if it does not exist, it is hidden. You are taken away from your sadness which is appropriate because the bliss and joy that you experience during your spiritual growth and meditations filters into all aspects of your being. It promotes healing, transformation and dissolving of all forms of sadness. There is a sadness that is dormant within your being. This means a sadness, pain, or separation that is inactive, quiet or maybe even invisible to you. Some people are aware of the Dormant Sadness, and they access it now and then, although it can become overwhelming and so they push it back down. Other people are unable to connect with the Dormant Sadness often because it is too powerful, and they feel themselves powerless or ill-equipped to deal with it. Others may not even realise that it is there.
Every being upon the Earth has this Dormant Sadness. A sadness that is not recognised, that is almost hidden away. It is a core energy of truth, and it holds the most beautiful message of connection and oneness. When you allow yourself to seep into the sadness that is dormant within your being, you begin to activate it, you may feel its overwhelming power. As you seep into and accept the overwhelming power, you will melt into a space of deep connection and oneness with all that is the Creator. This actually creates connection within your being and your reality.
There may be a pattern throughout your entire reality upon the Earth that causes you sadness. It is often that this pattern of life which causes sadness is from the Dormant Sadness within your being. The sadness is so precious because once it is healed and transformed, the beauty that is created is magnificent.
We the Arcturians, invite you to contemplate the pattern that has occurred and is continuing in your reality causing sadness. It could be that you gained something and then lose it. Your pattern might be of loneliness, illness, or anger and their impact.
We the Arcturians invite you not only to search for the patterns in your life to this date connected to sadness, but we also invite you to contemplate many patterns in your life visible to you. These patterns will offer to you an opening and an understanding into the energies that you are and hold especially connected to sadness. It is important to not be fearful of the sadness when it rises up, let it find its way out. If you need to cry, cry, if you need to shout, shout, if you need to dance or move, do so. If you need to take quiet time to process, make sure you are able to achieve this. You may find that it is easier to be alone in this time when the Dormant Sadness rises, and it will only be for a short time. If you give a dedicated time to it when you feel it emerging, focusing upon it, and asking yourself the best way to release it you will allow the release to be quick and easy. When you choose to ignore the sadness, it will continue to re-emerge until you are ready to complete it.
Everyone’s Dormant Sadness is born from different things. For some it is the separation they experienced with the Creator. For others it is due to difficulties, wounds or challenges, feeling unsafe or powerless. Each person is unique and will release their Dormant Sadness differently. If you can take some time, light a candle or invite the Violet Flame to support you, transforming and transmuting the energies. Call upon us, the Arcturians, to assist you in this time, realise that you are powerful, and that you are ready to face the sadness. In doing so, you will melt into a deep connection. Keep this at the front of your mind, that the purpose of releasing the sadness is to melt into a deep connection and oneness with the Creator. You will move through it; you will be guided through it with ease. For some it will be easy, for others it might be more challenging but because your light, being and body are integrating so deeply, the Dormant Sadness is being revealed or is ready to be revealed. You do not have to release it now, although we the Arcturians feel that it is a beneficial time because you are powerful, and you are supported. In doing so it will bring tremendous healing, growth, awakening and mastery to your entire being in your reality.
You may find that things are much smoother afterwards and you are able to create your reality with greater ease. It is a time for exploration. Seek out that Dormant Sadness. Simply create the intention to do so and the activation will begin.

Greetings, we are the Arcturians, we come forth as a collective energy. We bring forth our light and advanced technologies that are embedded within our vibration, essence and frequency. We bring forth our love and truth so that you may draw upon our energy and support to guide and assist you through your ascension process.
It is important to realise that everything is quickening in this moment, time even though it is an illusion upon the Earth is quickening. The speed at which you evolve spiritually is quickening even the vibration of your body and being moves at a greater speed. When everything is quickening, this means that you are accelerating through your existence and your journey, especially upon the Earth, this can seem overwhelming. It may seem that you understand one aspect of your ascension and even before you have completed that aspect another aspect has come forth to be acknowledged. The speed at which you are obtaining your ascension is natural and it is appropriate. You will become accustomed to the quickening momentum of your energy vibration. However, there are stages and phases where you get used to and become accustomed to the vibration. In these stages, sometimes your body and being, even your mind and emotions can experience some stress. You may feel that there is a blockage in the energies that you are releasing and that you cannot release vibrations, wounds, perspectives quick enough to keep up with the speed of your vibration. This can create confusion and stress, it is important to focus upon releasing energies that no longer serve you. If you have been experiencing your spiritual evolution for some time you will know that the process of releasing is integral and that it is a continuous process in your everyday life. The process of releasing unneeded energies seems like a very basic thing to encourage, almost like saying it is important to focus on cleaning your teeth.We, the Arcturians wish to encourage you to release with the energy and perspective of simplicity.
First of all, can you imagine that your spiritual evolution and ascension was simple. Imagine you can understand every aspect of your journey and pathway forward and it was so simple that you did not even need to contemplate it. It simply was, it simply happened.
Imagine existing as the vibration of simplicity, even within your spiritual evolution.
The vibration of simplicity is immensely important to draw your focus back to because it holds a knowingness. The vibration of simplicity states I know, and I understand what I am doing or what I am being or creating. This brings forth a faith, a confidence, a grounding. It is so beautiful to imagine that you are experiencing your spiritual evolution with the vibration of simplicity and that you know and understand everything that you need to. When you align with this vibration, you become the vibration and frequency of simplicity. With simplicity, the process of releasing and letting go of unneeded energies becomes immensely easy. Therefore, all the stress, all the confusion is let go of and you are made aware of what is important.
What is important for you to create? What is important for you to let go of?
Everything in your reality and being become aligned, aligned with who you are, what you wish to create and with the Creator. With the vibration of simplicity, we can contemplate further the process of releasing.
We the Arcturians wish to bring forth a very simple technique.
We wish for you to imagine, sense, acknowledge, everything that requires to be released. You may understand aspects, habits, perspectives that are required to be released, or you may not. Imagine these energies that need to be released as tension, stress, and confusion. We the Arcturians invite you to tense your body and being as much as you can, If it is possible, continue to breathe as you hold the tension, realising that this is the stress, the confusion, the blockages, the wounds, everything that needs to be released. When you are ready on the exhalation, simply allow your body and your being to relax and each time you exhale deeply create an even deeper relaxation, especially within your body and all parts of your body.
Once you feel that you are deeply relaxed, then bring your attention to the tension once more. Tense your body and your being once more and when you feel ready, only when you feel ready on the next exhalation you relax your body, and continue to do that on each exhalation.
Return to tense in your body once more and continue this cycle, until you invite your body and your being to hold the tension and release that your body and being still feel relaxed. You will recognise that the tension and more importantly the unneeded energies have been released. This is a very powerful way to release energy, especially energies that you are aware of and those that you are unaware of. When you go to tense your body, you may find that your body does tense even after you have released, this is because you are giving a command to your body. It will not hold the same energy or impact and it will just feel as if you are tensing your body and nothing else.
We the Arcturians are devoted to the ascension of all beings and so, we wish to encourage you to achieve this simple practice which we know as the Great Release for all humanity, Mother Earth and all beings. When you are ready, you can call us forth, the Arcturians to support you in this as it is not appropriate to achieve this on behalf of all beings on your own. State that you wish to achieve the Great Release on behalf of all beings to aid the ascension. As you state this, you imagine that you are embracing all beings, all aspects of the Earth. You become all beings, all aspects of the Earth. You are not taking on the energy; you are just connecting with it. Tense your being and then when you are ready and only when you are ready on the exhalation release, relax, let it all go and continue this process until it is achieved, until you feel the process is complete.
You may find that you wish to focus on a certain topic or subject connected to the world as this may be easier. It is important to give time to this if you wish to achieve it on behalf of the world.
This is known as the Great Release with the vibration of simplicity and guided by the Arcturians.

Cellular Recalculation by the Arcturians

Greetings, we are the collective energy of the Arcturians. We come forth with information and understanding that we believe is essential for you to grasp and acknowledge within your own being and reality. We wish to speak of Cellular Recalculation, it is something that is occurring within your being. Many of you experienced the Cellular Treatment that we brought forth previously. Many of you have been experiencing the Over Lighting Project, the current and river of light that is flowing from the Creator into all beings, penetrating all cells. Its purpose is to anchor wisdom and enlightenment. Wisdom that may not have been recognised upon the Earth before and that brings forth a great illumination and enlightenment to your being and your reality. As this wisdom begins to activate, we can imagine it as popcorn popping within your cells or fireworks exploding, allowing you to recognise and acknowledge the wisdom that is present. Something else is also taking place, your cells are recalculating. They have been filled; they have been bathed in light. There is much wisdom activating within every cell of your being and so your cells are recalculating, they are releasing, they are dissolving and letting go of unneeded programs and allowing for new programs to dawn, to activate.
You may not believe or even contemplate that the activation of wisdom within your cells changes the purpose of the cells, it is possible. Let us explain in a very simple way. The cells that support your skin are filled with a program that supports the manifestation and the health of your skin. As the light emanates into your cells and as wisdom activates even in your skin cells, new programming will activate, and old programming will dissolve. An example is the aging process, the skin ages, it becomes wrinkled, it becomes less radiant, and this can be due to many different things. However it is also due to the programming, the beliefs, the intentions set within the skin cells. This can now be transformed and recalculated. Programming such as the deterioration of cells can be released, let go of, and recalculated to anchor the programming of rejuvenating cells, healthy cells for the skin radiant cells. This can be the same in any part of the body and it is occurring now.
Your body is experiencing a tremendous flush. Your entire energy field is also experiencing this. You may especially experience energies and emotions coming to the surface that have been hidden for some time. You may experience little niggles in your body, little painful areas, cuts or bruises appearing. This is the flushing, the releasing, the recalculating of your cells. Your cells are letting go of all old programming. There isn’t necessarily a need for you to be consciously involved in this reprogramming because the light and the wisdom is creating that merge of light, recalculation, the reprogramming of your cells, this is aligned with the ascension process.
In the ascension process the body, especially the energy fields are immensely important, the health and well-being of the body and the light fields, or the energy fields will be a priority. Your guides are especially close at this time because they are guiding the Cellular Recalculation Process as well as your soul.
You are in the driver’s seat and so this means that you can place into your cells new intentions, and new programs. We, the Arcturians, are very equipped at creating light technology and light programs. You may have an intention for your body, for your energy field. It can be connected to your health and well-being or your spiritual evolution, or a manifestation or creation of something in your reality. When you create that intention, you can call upon us the Arcturians to come forth to surround you and to create the most appropriate light program, with your soul in complete synthesis, synchronisation and harmony with your soul. The light program filled with your intention will be placed into your cells. You can achieve this as many times as you wish, it is a simple intention, request and an openness to receive during meditation or quiet time. You have the ability to create tremendous transformation at a time when your being is being flushed, and a new light is dawning, with new wisdom, new programs, and new intentions at this time of great transformation.
You can create even more transformation; you can maximise the transformation taking place for you.
Your cells are ready, the Cellular Treatment that we brought forth before prepared you for this. The Over Lighting Project prepared you for the Cellular Recalculation, it is something that you can achieve as many times as you wish for as long as you wish, your cells are receptive.
It is an important time to acknowledge the shifts that are taking place. We, the Arcturians, wish to encourage you to celebrate even the smallest of shifts and transformations that are taking place within your being, even if it’s a moment of self-care, celebrate it because we wish to encourage the positive impact that this transformation is creating. We wish for you to fully recognise and be grateful for the transformation that is taking place, and its impact upon your entire being. Celebrate, recognise, acknowledge the transformations and their impacts upon your being, the positive and loving outcomes that are manifesting.

Greetings, we are the Arcturians, we come forth as many with one voice. We wish to bring into your awareness and your attention a very beautiful energy, which you may wish to use now in your ascension journey. We wish to encourage you to explore this energy, which we will introduce, discovering its purpose, and its vibration, as well as how it will impact your being, your surroundings, and the world manifesting around you. This energy is also deeply healing, it brings into our awareness very deep wounds that when released creates such brilliant liberation. It also brings into awareness the deep essence and ecstasy of the Creator, all that is the truth of the Creator. The energy we wish to introduce to you has the ability of demonstrating to you who you really are as a representation of the Creator. Making you aware of your skills, your abilities, your vibrations, and qualities, showing to you your origin, essence, and core. The energy we wish to introduce to you is known as the Flame of Infinity; it is the higher aspect of the Violet Flame.
The Flame of Infinity works within the Multi Universal and Cosmic Levels of the Creator’s Universe. The Flame of Infinity holds the essence, the origin, the pure vibration of infinity, an energy that is eternal. An expression of the Creator that is so beautiful, honest, and pure. We, the Arcturians, wish to encourage you to connect with the Flame of Infinity. Before we do so, we wish to invite you to contemplate, why would you connect with the Flame of Infinity? And what would be your purpose? For example, do you wish to connect with the Flame of Infinity to promote healing within your being, to access and release deep-seated wounds, to create more spiritual awareness and sensitivity within your being or to create abundance or prosperity. Maybe you have an experience or situation, you wish to resolve, there may have been a lacking in your reality that is hindering you from loving yourself fully and absolutely. You might wish to approach the Flame of Infinity to boost and magnify your self love, or to connect you on a deeper level with all that is the Creator. It is important to contemplate as you approach the Flame of Infinity, what your intention is and your purpose of connecting with the Flame of Infinity.
We, the Arcturians, wish for you to contemplate Infinity, what does this mean to you? We understand the vibration of infinity and the word means endless, continuous, continuous cycle of momentum, expansive, ever flowing. In your spiritual journey and ascension, what does infinity mean to you? What would infinity the embodiment and connection with the infinite vibrations of the Creator give to you? What would this spark within your being? What would it manifest within your reality? When you ask these questions of yourself, you begin to understand what Infinity really means for you. You understand when you are connecting with the Flame of Infinity, why you are doing so and how it will benefit your being.
You can connect with the Flame of Infinity without a purpose and without understanding the infinite nature of the Creator. However, your experience will not be as deep and soul touching as it could be. When you have understood or gained an insight into what Infinity means for you and your ascension process, then you can ask again when approaching the Flame of Infinity, what do you want to achieve? What is your purpose? What outcome would you like? With an understanding of what infinity in your ascension process means for you, it may be that your purpose transforms, shifts or alters, and you might find yourself approaching the Flame of Infinity in a different way.
The Flame of Infinity is deeply magical. It has the potential of demonstrating to you the Universe of the Creator, its structure, framework, and essence as well as the intimate nature of the core vibrations of the Creator. The Flame of Infinity can show you your deepest most intimate energies, essence, and Creator expression. When you approach the Flame of Infinity, it is with great respect, not so much for the flame but for self. Great respect for self and a knowingness of the wealth that is and can be discovered within your being.
You may ask us, the Arcturians, to transport you to the Chamber of the Flame of Infinity. There are numerous Chambers throughout the Multi Universal and Cosmic Level. You will be transported to the vibration that is appropriate for you and your current frequency. In meditation simply ask for us to transport you to the Chamber of the Flame of Infinity. When you enter this chamber, whether you see, sense, or acknowledge, there will be a large, translucent, pearlescent flame that sits upon a gold pedestal. You will be invited to sit before this flame. Imagine, sense, or acknowledge that you are placing your hands into the Flame of Infinity. As you do so, you can place or connect your third eye chakra into the Flame of Infinity, then your heart chakra and higher heart chakra, above your heart chakra. Imagine, sense, acknowledge you feel your feet grounding into the chamber, grounding into the energy of the Flame of Infinity. Acknowledge your Earth Star Chakra below your feet glowing as it absorbs the light of Infinity. This will activate your Soul Star Chakra above your head, which will glow creating a circle or an oval shaped chamber around you and your energy systems. You may wish to remain connected to the flame in this way, or you can simply imagine that you are stepping back, and you are still receiving the Flame’s energy. The Flame’s energy is flowing throughout your systems, you are being filled with the energy, vibration, and frequency of the Flame of Infinity. At this point is the time to state your purpose. Once you have stated your purpose, it is for you to be present, to observe, and to breathe deeply. Be patient for the transitions to take place that are needed, the insights to flow and the work to be done. As you absorb the energies of infinity, this is changing the way you are, and the way you exist in your reality. The limits of the Earth may not feel quite so powerful or strong, or impactful to you. They may feel more flexible like energy you can mould and shape, for this is the truth.
With this idea we the Arcturians leave you in this space to contemplate, to experience and observe. When you wish to return to your reality, simply ask us the Arcturians to transport you back into your reality, grounding you into the Earth once more. Enjoy your exploration and discovery with the Flame of Infinity. This is a gift of remembrance from us the Arcturians to you.
