What Is Intuition?

ntuition is your inner guidance—an invisible but deeply familiar voice that doesn’t shout or argue. It’s the feeling or knowing that arises without needing logic or facts. It lives in the heart, body, and soul, and gently nudges you toward choices that align with truth, peace, and purpose.

It often speaks through:

  • A sudden knowing
  • A physical sensation (like a gut feeling or warmth in the chest)
  • A whisper in the mind
  • A sense of “yes” or “no” with no clear explanation

Intuition comes from your Higher Self, soul, or spirit team—and the more you trust it, the stronger it becomes.

How Can Intuition Help Us?

When you tune into your intuition, you:

Short Meditation: Awakening Intuition

Use this simple practice to connect with your inner knowing.

1. Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

2. Breathe deeply. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Let your body soften.

3. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Feel your breath rise and fall.

4. Ask softly:

“What does my intuition want me to know today?”

5. Be still. You might hear a word, feel a sensation, see a colour, or just feel peace.

6. Say silently:

“Thank you. I trust my inner wisdom.”

7. Open your eyes gently. Carry the stillness with you.
