This confirmation is directed into the depths of my being for awakening, rather than into the world around me for all to see and hear,
I Am as I Am, a reflection and expression of the Creator and all who express the Creator.
Please accept my invocation and awakening confirmation, designed to focus your energies deep within your being, so you may seek your truth and the beauty within. I, Archangel Metatron, wish to remind you of the beauty existing within your being. As well as the beauty which extends through your being into the Creator. The beauty within you is the infinite, glowing, magnificence of the Creator. Something that is unfathomable, yet you live and breath it every day, often without even realising it.
I AM a Gift
Can you imagine you are already everything you seek; you are already the magnificence that is the Creator, you are already connected to and an expression of the Creator? If you are willing to recognise this, you are ready to recognise yourself beyond your personality, your physical body, your circumstances, and even beyond the energy of the Creator you believe to be within you. In doing so, you are ready to seek the beauty of the Creator within you, allowing it to blossom and unfold with ease and perfection. Focusing deep within your being, means that you to some extent let go of your attachment to all you know yourself to be as a physical being living on the Earth, instead you begin to identify with yourself in a new way, which is unique to you. You may recognise yourself as an expression of the Creator, as a gift to yourself and the world. The challenge is to recognise yourself as a gift and uniquely valuable from a space of love and truth within you, rather than from the ego. When your ego is involved your understanding of the oneness becomes askew; you believe you are the one and only, rather than a part of a larger puzzle where everyone is a gift. Recognising yourself as a gift is to recognise the presence of the Creator within you, this is an aspect of your mastery and inner awakening. It encourages you to shift between the energy of oneness and the ego, bringing both into unification, serving their appropriate roles. During this lesson of mastery, you may find yourself lost in illusion of being the Creator’s gift to humanity, then the extreme of experiencing the humbleness of expressing the Creator as an essence through you. When you reach a state of balance within you, your knowingness of yourself as a gift will truly blossom, and your understanding of this will be beyond anything I, Archangel Metatron, can describe to you. By using my invocation and confirmation, repeating it gently, you can begin to seek and explore within you, allowing yourself to study deeper than ever before.
I AM a Channel
If you are willing to explore the magnificent nature of your being, the presence of the Creator within you and your infinite connection to all that is the Creator, you will naturally recognise yourself as a channel. To channel is to be an expression of the Creator, expressing the Creator through all you are as an essence of the Creator living a physical, emotional and mental existence on the Earth. To channel is to distribute what is needed at the most appropriate and divine timing. This is different to channeling when your mind feels it is appropriate or when you feel others need to experience your truth because they need to make changes in their life. To channel is to allow the essence of the Creator to flow through you, while you remain in your power.
It has been said by many that certain souls will come to the Earth as gifts to humanity, channeling the Creator, destined to transform the Earth and life for many. Many people are waiting for these special ones to emerge to make the changes that are needed to the world and bring the healing which is essential. I, Archangel Metatron, wish to share that you are that gift, channel, and special soul that the Earth and humanity has been waiting for to bring transformation and healing. Can you imagine this, can you connect with this, does it feel remotely real? I, Archangel Metatron, also wish to say that your neighbours, loved ones, those in other countries and everyone across the world are also gifts, channels and special souls present to heal and transform the world. Even those who seems to be creating chaos in the world at this time. Can you imagine and connect with this? Could you recognise you are all?
You are all gifts, channels and special souls ready to work in unison as guided to achieve more than is imaginable in the world.
You are a channel for the world; to aid and assist healing and transformation in the world. This is true for everyone, even if you feel you do not know how to channel and have no gifts to share. If you do believe you can’t channel and have no gifts to share, now is the time to seek within you, once you recognise that you are a gift, an essence and expression of the Creator, everything else will unfold. There is simply a need to connect with the presence of the Creator within you. In doing so, you will connect with your truth. Beliefs and fears about not being good enough, not having skills or abilities, not knowing where to start and so forth, will fall away as the truth emerges.
You are a channel for the world, the unique way you bring forth the Creator will heal and transform yourself and many souls on the Earth. This is not a reality only for the select few, it is your reality. I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to contemplate the word and concept of channeling. Let go of everything you know channeling to be and ask within you what channeling is for you, in your reality. Through this discovery, you will affirm to yourself your natural existence as a spiritual being and a physical being on the Earth. Through the invocation and confirmation, I shared with you at the beginning of my communication, I wish to encourage you to recognise yourself anew and to realise yourself in a new light within your reality. You are a channel for the world, what does the Creator wish to express through you? What is blossoming and emerging within you to be delivered into the world? All the questions I, Archangel Metatron, put to you and you seek are all within you. There is simply a need to first recognise yourself as a gift in the purest and more humble way. In doing so you will awaken the truth of the Creator within you, understanding the purpose of the Creator as it flows through your being, connecting with you and so many souls upon the Earth.
Why is it Important Now to Seek Within?
Your own inner power in many ways is so fragile, it can seem as if it is so easily taken from you or given away. To hold onto your power in a world with so many opinions, rules and judgments can be challenging. Rejecting your power can also be easily experienced because of wounds, pain and suffering. Yet you only really know yourself and are yourself when you allow yourself to exist in the centre of your power. Now is the time to do so. When you are in your power you are a gift, a channel and transformational person for yourself and all. You empower others to be the same, you unite the presence of the Creator within you, around you and within all beings. It is time to claim your power and claim all you seek. Thus, you will assist the ascension, healing and transformation of all.

How to Heal Anxiety by Archangel Metatron

Continuation from the Pull of Anxiety by Archangel Metatron.
I, Archangel Metatron, return to continue our discussions centred around anxiety. I do so, as anxiety is a growing energy within people upon the Earth, so much so that anxiety is becoming empowered beyond its natural or necessary nature. Due to many souls upon the Earth thinking, feeling and acting from a space of anxiety, the energy of anxiety exists within the consciousness of humanity. Humanity draws from a well of energy and wisdom that all are connected to, anxiety is present here for all to accept and embody, if they choose. Of course, within the consciousness of humanity there are numerous other energies, abilities and creations available to download. As humanity achieves ascension shifts accepting higher vibrations of truth and acknowledging the essence existing within them, so the consciousness of humanity or well from which all draw, shifts to higher vibrations. If a greater majority of people choose to recognise and heal their wound/s connected to anxiety or creating anxiety, then anxiety would be healed and released from the consciousness of humanity. Therefore, generations to come would not know or even be able to access experiences or an embodiment of anxiety.
We can recognise that the energy of anxiety within the consciousness of humanity is akin to a magnet, acting as a pull for humanity to anxiety. Often anxiety can feel addictive, it is because the mind becomes accustomed to the drama and presence of anxiety. It is also due to this pull of the energy of anxiety in the consciousness of humanity which is akin to a well of energy all draw upon. When you dwell on anxiety, severe or not, it becomes like a sticky glue hindering the expression and creativity of the truth and essence of your being. Anxiety is akin to a force pulling you away from the amazing divine being you are. As the energy of anxiety becomes empowered so people feel confused, create fear and limit the expression of the Creator flowing through them. It is important to realise that anxiety and fear are a natural part of being a human on the Earth, although these energies were designed to protect and safeguard you rather than rule and control your life.
If you can recognise that you energise anxiety within you, whether small or large, you are opening yourself up to heal and release the growing and smothering power of anxiety. To recognise, acknowledge and accept is the first step to any healing process. To dismiss the presence of an energy such as anxiety within you, is to live in illusion and limit the ascension process available to unfold within you. You are everything and everyone, you are all that is the Creator and all that seems as if it is not. Therefore, you always have the opportunity to heal and transform to aid yourself and others. There is always something to heal within you, because each instigation and recognition of healing allows the oneness of the Creator which is your natural existence to emerge.
Archangel Metatron’s Tools to Heal Anxiety
Recognition is the Key
Your ability to recognise, acknowledge and accept the presence of anxiety, in whichever form it manifests within your being is priceless. It is the beginning of your healing tool. Judging any anxiety that bubbles from within you will only add to its energy. It is also essential to realise that you can live a life liberated from anxiety, this is your divine right. Acceptance that you are choosing to energise and focus on anxiety within you, creates an opening for healing to take place.
Then comes the questions, ‘What is the core of the anxiety you are feeling, however small or large? Where within you does the anxiety come from? How did the anxiety originally form?’ You may wish to ask yourself these questions and take time to contemplate. You are looking to discover the starting point of the anxiety within you or the wound which manifested the anxiety.
An energy wound within your being can form easily and simply from a negative or traumatic experience, a misunderstanding, a belief formed from a situation, a lack, or an unfinished transformation/healing process. An energy wound is stagnant, it is a vibration being held within your being by you for a reason. The reason is the key that unlocks and releases the wound therefore creating an experience of healing, liberation and inner transformation.
Therefore, the essential steps to focus upon are:
- Describe the anxiety as you feel it now.
- From where did the anxiety originally form? Ask within and allow yourself to be guided, you may be alerted to an experience in your current lifetime or different lifetime. Accept any insight you gain. If you do not gain an insight then know you have connected and continue with the process, you may not need to be consciously aware and can still follow the energy pattern to experience a liberation.
- What wound was created and what reason or message is held within the wound? If you wish you may use a visualisation to gain the understanding you require. Imagine what the wound is like, maybe it is a box, cave, or something else. Enter within the wound. Just being present within the wound will allow you to understand the message. It is often that the message is repeated continuously so with patience it can be accessed.
An example of the information or insights you may receive: The anxiety is of flying on an aeroplane. The anxiety originated from falling from a tree as a child. The message within the wound is not to lose control otherwise you will experience pain.
Remember that wounds or messages that stagnant within your being are projected constantly into your reality, this is why people discover that some areas of their life simply don’t work as they wish them to.
Where Do You Place Your Focus Next?
As you recognise the message that has been stagnating within your being and projecting into your reality you may automatically experience an inner liberation or transformation. It is important to recognise the shift completely, in doing so you will allow yourself to experience the transformation fully. You can achieve this by saying within, ‘I acknowledge the divine opening, liberation and transformation awakening within me now.’ In doing so you align your conscious awareness and entire being with the awakening and healing taking place within your being, so your entire being benefits from the transformation. Thus, this transformation will be projected into your reality, manifesting beautiful divine opportunities in your everyday life.
The Outcome
As you make the voyage of discovery, recognising that anxiety is simply a product of something more interesting and transformational taking place within your being, so you will release the presence of anxiety in your life. You will also clear the presence of empowered anxiety within the consciousness of humanity, thus reducing the magnetic pull anxiety can have upon humanity. No longer will the consciousness of humanity energise and empower anxiety within humanity. Thus, a powerful awakening, healing and transformational process will take place for humanity.
It is essential, I, Archangel Metatron, share that everything has a purpose. This means I am making you aware of the pull of anxiety within the consciousness of humanity and how it is empowering anxiety within you and vice versa. It is an ascension activation taking place for all now. The Creator is inviting all to purge anxiety that has no service or need in your life, in order to create new divine awakenings, realisations and experiences for all. The fact that anxiety has been empowered within many on the Earth and within the consciousness of humanity, in itself is a process of ascension. There is a need to see, sense and acknowledge how powerful and all-consuming anxiety can be. In doing so, you allow yourself to reach new vibrations of truth and liberation.

Great waves of love extend from my being to your essence and truth, I am Archangel Metatron. I wish to invite you in this moment to acknowledge your essence and truth. To do so is to recognise the space from which all that you are expands. You do not need to understand consciously what your essence and truth is or is like, to realise there is a well of wonder, infinity, love, peace and so much more within you is truly liberating. Your power is activated and pulsates throughout your being, this creates a surge of Creator energy inspiring and empowering you. When you are in connection with and creating from the space of truth and your essence within you, so you are allowing yourself to become and experience all the possibilities and opportunities available to you. Life becomes more fulfilling and enlightening, with a powerful guiding flow of energy that seems to gently steer you into experiencing deep blossoming. This divine flow of your truth and essence allows for all your spiritual abilities, intelligence, intuition, physical health, inner joy, fulfilment and all that you are, to be experienced at the highest and most evolved capacity. It fuels your entire being to be your divine sacred self. Imagine yourself as liberated, free from limitations, blockage, and empowered by truth of the Creator. You do not even need to know what this would be like, simply acknowledge for a moment.
What is Anxiety?
It is with the expression of your essence and inner truth in mind, I wish to approach the subject of anxiety to bring the light of the Angelic Kingdom into the space of anxiety. Anxiety can be described as feelings, thoughts and actions of worry, nervousness, concern, apprehension, fear and torment. Anxiety is usually experienced in your present or can be a concern for your future. It can be because of a certain outcome that is looming or due to an uncertain outcome. Your anxiety can feel as if it is a product of your caring for other or your dislike of aspects yourself. Anxiety can appear in all different areas of your life and all different forms, sometimes it feels so normal that it doesn’t feel like anxiety, instead it feels like an aspect of your personality. Your anxiety can create drama in your life which you enjoy and energise even though you might not admit this, or it can be a heavy burden that hinders you at every turn. You may or may not experience severe anxiety, and yet anxiety may have a hold of you in one way or another.
When you dwell on anxiety, severe or not, it becomes like a sticky glue hindering the expression and creativity of the truth and essence of your being. Anxiety is akin to a force pulling you away from the amazing divine being you are.
You may already realise in which areas of your feelings, thoughts and actions you experience anxiety, whatever the case, I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to be conscious in the coming days of the pull of anxiety.
The Pull of Anxiety
Upon the Earth, each soul in physical form is a powerhouse of creation. Not only does each person emanate energy from their being, they also draw energy into the Earth, surroundings and their consciousness from the Universe of the Creator. Thus, you and everyone on the Earth are in a constant experience of the flow of energy, creation and manifestation. You are pulling things towards yourself and pushing things away from yourself all the time. You have the possibility to create any energy you wish and to enthuse your experiences with any energy you choose. Why do you therefore choose to create anxiety and fuel experience with anxiety? Why do you choose to experience anxiety instead of love, peace or contentment?
You may believe you do not choose to experience anxiety or any other negative or painful experience. If you can recognise that on some level through the thoughts you choose or the feelings you choose to hold onto, you are deciding to energise or create anxiety within your being and life, then you will begin to liberate yourself. In truth, when you take some responsibility for how you think, feel and act you allow the divine flow of the Creator to flood through you. This can be tricky if you are unwilling to recognise and accept the role you play in your daily life.
It is important to ask deep within your being, ‘Why am I pulled to think, feel or act from the space of anxiety?’ This can be achieved during meditation or quiet time. You do not need to receive an answer as the simple contemplation will act as a healing and will release any pull you have towards anxiety. Some answers you may receive could be connected to lack of self-trust, the need for others to care for you, a fear of not being powerful, a fear of the unknown or that life is uncertain. A fear of others or judgment, a fear for the safety of others or yourself, the believe that to worry is to care or even a feeling of isolation or rejection from the Creator. There are numerous reasons why you may feel a pull to act, think and feel anxious, it is important to realise that your discovery is akin to a wound that is allowing the creation of anxiety and requires to be healed.
Humanity’s Pull of Anxiety

If we were to invite you to heal and dissolve the presence of anxiety within the consciousness of humanity this would have very little effect. In order to disempower the pull to act, think, feel and create anxiety there is first a need to disempower the pull of anxiety within your being. As more and more people achieve this, the more anxiety will dissolve within the consciousness of humanity.
It is important to recognise that anxiety is not necessarily a bad energy, it has its place and purpose within your being, it can act as a protection or warning. However, people are experiencing anxiety as it is gripping, smothering and submerging them into a space where they can no longer recognise the divine. It is the over empowerment of anxiety that requires to be healed. Therefore, please do not judge yourself for any anxiety that may arise within you, instead recognise it as a challenge to heal and dissolve the energy of anxiety within the consciousness humanity. As you recognise anxiety within yourself and choose to either focus on something more loving or recognise the wound or reason for the anxiety, so you create a powerful shift and healing within your being. You have all you require within you to make the shifts that are necessary.

Shedding the Fear of the Planet by Archangel Metatron

I am Archangel Metatron, I extend the most sacred angelic energies, vibration and consciousness to you now, drawing from the abundant generosity, love and devotion of the angelic kingdom. We, angelic beings, are the loving heart of the Creator and we encapsulate you now in the immense purity and love that we hold. We are a symbol to you of the sacred wealth of love that you hold within your being, which is your essence and truth. Allow yourself to open your heart to us and the symbol of love that we exist as, know that as you do so you are awakening to the powerful love that you naturally manifest as.
The Impact of Fear
When you allow yourself to become unbalanced or out of alignment with the Creator you see that an additional energy or existence manifests, this is the energy of fear which brings forth a mind of or concentration on illusions and false impressions. It is almost as if you create a reality for yourself that is a complete illusion as it does not hold the truth of the Creator. This reality feels so real and can mean that you question the existence and will of the Creator, because through fear you blame external sources for any pain or misfortune you experience. The false reality that humanity creates is one that offers numerous lessons and realisations of growth that lead the individual away from their false reality born from fear to the truth of their being and the Creator.
It can be a terrifying experience when you realise that the reality you experience and have created for yourself through your mind and thought processes holds so many illusions and fears. This notion can cause a period of disturbance, in this time it is essential to request the truth and purity of the Creator to flood into your being and reality bringing forth a mind of truth, balance and perfection. When you are aligned to and embody the light and consciousness of the Creator it is as if you are viewing a crystal-clear lake; everything has a reason and a purpose in your reality and being.
After experiencing a reality and state of mind that is crowded with fear and illusions to exist as the truth of the Creator with clear thoughts of love and clarity within your reality can be somewhat overwhelming as if you are standing naked within a reality that is bare, but once this is overcome you begin to see the immense wealth of love that is available to you and within you. In my opinion, Archangel Metatron, this is the greatest journey of all; the shedding of fear and the reality of illusion, because it allows the truth of your being to be shown and examined, with the opportunity to gain a complete oneness with the Creator.
Through my communication today I wish to assist in the shedding of fear and illusion within your reality and from the planet Earth also. This has the possibility to create such a transformation within your being and on the Earth, allowing tremendous healing light and divine consciousness to anchor.
Please be aware that the delusions that I am speaking of within your reality are the delusional beliefs of the mind, it is these that need to be examined in order to manifest a reality that is born from the truth of the Creator.
The Process of Shedding Fear for Yourself and Humanity
I Archangel Metatron and the Angelic Kingdom stand before you as the truth and purity of the Creator, allow yourself to feel and acknowledge our presence as we blend our energies into the atmosphere around you, creating a haven that is protective, calming and healing for your entire being.
Allow yourself to affirm, ‘I am open and receptive to the truth of the Creator.’
Feel as if all your channels and senses are opening and activating allowing our sacred angelic light to pour from all directions into your being, flooding to the centre of your heart chakra and soul. The angelic beings gather around you to share their light and loving vibration with you now. Allow yourself to trust in your ability to accept the purity of our love and support, bathe in our light completely as it encapsulates your being in a light that conceives liberation and freedom from all limitations that fear and false beliefs manifest. We are raising your vibration, anchoring greater light into your being and lifting you from the lower vibrations and any addictive thoughts of fear. Allow yourself to be elevated through the power of the love that we share with you, feel a significant rise and shift occurring in your entire being.
We now invoke the truth of the Creator to descend from the core of the Creator into your being. Allow this pearlescent and translucent light to shine so brightly into your crown chakra at the top of your head. The light so vibrant and powerful instantly brings forth the perspective of truth and begins to dissolve fears.
Affirm, ‘With every thought that I generate I am creating my reality and embodying the truth of the Creator and my soul.’
Feel, sense or acknowledge that with our support the pearlescent and translucent light shines deeply and powerfully into your third eye chakra and bathes your mind in a light that is simultaneously powerful and soothing. Feel that fears and false beliefs are being shed or are falling away from your mind guided by the will of the Creator and your soul. The light is so powerful, you are aware of the Creator’s presence and truth alone.
Affirm, ‘With every word I speak I express the truth of the Creator and my soul.’
The pearlescent and translucent light of truth flows into your throat chakra and clears all fears and false beliefs that you have spoken in your current life time and past life times, guided by the will of the Creator and your soul. Feel or acknowledge your throat chakra opening up to the truth of the Creator and projecting truth into your reality.
Affirm, ‘Within my heart chakra the truth of the Creator exists, from my heart chakra the truth of the Creator flows, positively influencing my reality with a pure love.’
Let the light of the Creator to flow into your heart chakra dissolving and allowing all fears and false beliefs to be shed, guided by the will of the Creator and your soul. Let all attachments to fear be severed and healed with the power of the angelic kingdom’s love, let your heart chakra open with an abundance of love and purity pouring in all directions.
Affirm, ‘My solar plexus chakra and emotional body now hold the purity of the Creator’s truth, a deep cleansing has now occurred.’
The pearlescent and translucent light of truth will now flow into your solar plexus chakra just above your waist, let the light assist in the shedding of all fears and false beliefs held in this area as well as those linked to your emotional body, guided by the will of the Creator and your soul. Let all emotional attachments to fear be severed and healed with the power of the angelic kingdom’s love.
Affirm, ‘My sacral chakra is the truth of the Creator; I am the truth of the Creator.’
The light of truth pours into your sacral chakra below your waist, let the peace and tranquillity of truth anchor into your sacral chakra, guided by the will of the Creator and your soul.
Affirm, ‘My root chakra holds the truth of the Creator which manifests with love into my entire reality.’
Finally, allow the Creator’s light of truth to flow into your root chakra at the base of your spine, many fears can be held in this area or anchored into your physical reality. As we allow the pearlescent and translucent light of truth to flow into your root chakra, we allow all fears and false beliefs to be shed with ease, guided by the will of the Creator and your soul. We ask that the root chakra assists in anchoring the truth of the Creator into your reality in the most appropriate way and with the most divine timing.
Affirm, ‘The Earth and its humanity now exist as a beacon of Creator truth, all fears and false beliefs have been shed guided by the will of the Creator.’
Let the light of truth flow from your root chakra down into the Earth, feel this pearlescent and translucent light of truth blend with the energies of the Earth, sinking through the layers of the Earth’s physical and spiritual of energy. The light of truth from the Creator links into the soul of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to take a moment and visualise yourself existing as the truthful light of the Creator and then Mother Earth existing as the truthful light of the Creator, emanating and radiating pearlescent and translucent light.
Let your light and the light of Mother Earth radiate to surround the entire planet. Acknowledge that this sacred light is dissolving fear and false beliefs held within the many energy levels of the Earth. The light is assisting humanity in reaching a state of mind and existence where they are ready to shed their fears and false beliefs guided by the will of the Creator and their souls. You may wish to imagine or acknowledge that every soul on the Earth is existing as you are now; as a beacon of truthful light on the Earth. Due to this every person’s reality is gradually transforming from a reality of delusion to a reality of truth and oneness with the Creator.

Love and angelic blessings I extend through my being to you. I am Archangel Metatron, the overseer of the Angelic Kingdom. I receive the angelic vibration from the Creator and distribute it through the Angelic Kingdom, so all angels may be of service aligned with the divine will of the Creator.
My purpose in addressing and communicating with you today is to make you aware of the deliverance of the Diamond Consciousness into your being and into the Earth. The Diamond vibration and frequency extends from the Multi – Universal level of the Creator’s Universe, of which I am the overseer. The Diamond light also extends into the Cosmic Level acting as an expression of the synthesis of the Cosmic and Multi -Universal Levels. The purpose of the Diamond light is to share the clarity, clearness, directness and perfection of the Creator. It holds the qualities of luminosity, transparency, truthfulness and the organic flow of the Creator. The extension of the Diamond light into the Earth symbolises an upgrade in these sacred qualities within humanity, their actions and reactions and relationship with Mother Earth. Such transformations and shifts promote new understandings and comprehension about the way to live upon the Earth that is born from the essence of the Creator.
While the Diamond Light will be anchored into the Earth and humanity, even more exciting is that the Diamond Consciousness will also be made available. The Diamond Consciousness holds the wisdom of the Multi- Universal and Cosmic Levels supporting the utmost clarity in perceiving and embodying the Creator. The wisdom is so clear, inspirational and pure that receiving the Diamond Consciousness creates beautiful shifts and awakenings within your being without even understanding the knowledge shared. The Diamond Consciousness brings forth a crystal-clear alignment with the Creator in all aspects of your being, promoting awareness free from illusions and an intense inner knowingness that brings forth peace and contentment. The Diamond Consciousness promotes an understanding of your existence upon the Earth and within the Universe of the Creator, thus allowing you to feel in oneness and harmony with all that is the Creator.
Why is the Diamond Consciousness Anchoring into the Earth?
The Diamond Consciousness is being directed akin to a beam of light into the Earth and humanity to cleanse illusion from the energy fields, chakras, emotions and minds of humanity as well as the entire physical and energetic body of Mother Earth. Illusions that have been long present and feel like fact or reality will be cleansed and erased. Clarity and truth will fill the space where illusion once resided. Transparency will fill the minds of many allowing them to see with new eyes the truth of the Creator within and around them. This will mean that you may find it difficult to hide your emotions and true thoughts as well as your expression of the Creator. You may feel like sacred energies are gushing from you and that you can see through the illusions that others are holding onto. You may discover that your spiritual awareness evolves allowing you to access new enlightenment bringing greater meaning to your reality and existence upon the Earth. The prominent purpose of the Diamond Consciousness is to bring forth the clarity and authentic nature of the Creator which is present within all being.
While humanity will benefit from the grounding of the Diamond Consciousness, it is Mother Earth who will benefit the most as humanity’s relationship with Mother Earth is cleansed and purified. This will denote a new connection and understanding between Mother Earth and humanity rising. Manifestation of deep oneness, knowingness, compassion and working in unity will be created allowing both, especially Mother Earth to blossom and flourish. Most of humanity believe they have already seen the greatness of Mother Earth, and yet they haven’t even seen a small amount of the magic and wonder she holds and can create. Mother Earth is a magnificent being which humanity will recognise as they cleanse the illusions that surround them and their relationship with Mother Earth. She has the power to bring a deep-seated healing to her being and all in existence with her almost instantly, and yet she requires to be in oneness with all beings to achieve this. For this to take place humanity must recognise their oneness with Mother Earth.
Receiving the Diamond Consciousness
The Diamond Consciousness will be anchored into the Earth as a beam of light penetrating all beings and all aspects of the Creator. To receive the Diamond Consciousness personally and consciously, I, Archangel Metatron, wish to share with you a special technique that will allow you to embody the sacred qualities available to you now.
- ‘I open myself fully to receive the Diamond Light and Consciousness now.’ Repeat this statement as you press the fingertips of your right hand to the fingertips of your left hand with your thumbs meeting. Let your palms be facing but not touching, with your finger pointing up to the sky. You will experience a shift or opening within your being which may be experienced as a sense of peace, a surge of light or something else.
- When you feel ready keeping your hands in the same position raise them, so they are above your head with your arms straight. Imagine the Diamond Light and Consciousness flowing as a beam of light into your fingertips, fingers and palms. In the space between your palms imagine a small diamond shaped light beacon forming. This is the presence of the Diamond Light and Consciousness.
- Allow the diamond shaped beacon to emanate its light into your entire being.
- As if you are holding the most precious jewel or crystal, lower your hands and place the diamond beacon at your third eye chakra. Breathe its light into your third eye chakra.
- Lower your hands to in front of your heart chakra and breathe the light into your heart chakra.
- Lower your hands to your pelvis and breathe the light into your pelvis, root chakra and earth star chakra below your feet.
- Let the diamond shape of Diamond Light and Consciousness expand to encompass your entire being completely. Sit in the energy and breathe it into your entire being. Notice the healing, shifts and clarity that forms, maybe in unexpected ways and areas of your being. Allow illusions to be dissolved and a new sense of clarity to dawn.
- Expand the diamond shape to encapsulate Mother Earth and allow illusions between you and within your relationship to be dissolved and cleansed.
- Rest in the energy and receive for as long as feels comfortable, I, Archangel Metatron, will be present to support you.

Tae – Ho assists in the quickening of the vibration of the entire universe, quickening the vibration of even the Earth as guided by the will of the Creator. Your mind creates the reality you experience through a collection of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, past experiences, fears and your desires. The most prominent energies within your being whether they are positive or negative support the creation of your reality as your mind uses these to attract like energies into your reality for you to experience. Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, past experiences, fears and desires create frequencies of light, energy, sound and information within you creating a dream-like state born of your own produce. You are then further influenced by the collective consciousness of humanity and the perceptions of generations gone by. Basic information that you have been taught as facts create a tunnel through which you view your reality. Even information and ideas you perceive as normal and correct about how humans should live on the Earth and what the Earth should be like are all born from perspectives of others. Any person upon the Earth can access the Future of the Earth Dimension now. There is no need to wait for all of humanity to change. The dimension is already present; there is no need for humanity to create it upon the Earth. Instead there is a need for humanity to create the appropriate conditions within their being so that they can fully access and experience the blissful dimension of the Earth. The appropriate conditions are positive and fulfilling thoughts, emotions, beliefs and goals. Any situation within your reality or the world, whether alarming or inspiring is a produce of the perceptions of humanity and yourself moving from limitations into liberation and alignment with the Creator. It is a process of creating freedom for all while sometimes also being a produce of old limiting perception resisting transformation. Many situations perceived by you as negative are brought about to create a reaction within humanity. The reaction brings forth a transformation within which gives birth to new soul inspired perceptions and the release of old limiting perceptions.

By accessing the Future of the Earth Dimension, you are aligning yourself, the Earth and humanity with the Creator, and the most inspirational and creative experience of the Earth. Remember this isn’t something that is created upon the Earth, it is a perception of the Earth and yourself which will gradually dawn from within you and will feel as if the Earth is transforming around you. In truth, it will simply be your view of the Earth which will be changing. An example of this, if you experience chaos within you, then chaos will be present within your local reality and the world, you will also see it in others and their actions. If you heal and release the frequency of chaos within you, then you will no longer see it in your reality or even the world. Gradually as humanity releases chaos, the presence and creation of chaos in the world will dissolve completely. Your inner transformation is a catalyst that supports all in accessing the truth of the Creator.

I, the overseer of the Angelic Kingdom, Archangel Metatron, wish to share insights and guidance as to releasing and transforming negative energy active within your being. At this time of ascension, great volumes of light are penetrating the Earth and your being. You are absorbing more light into your entire being than even a few months ago, and many of you are acting as an anchor transmitting the light as a service for humanity. With powerful volumes of light flowing through your being numerous deep purifications are taking place, which is life changing. Many of the energies being released are so familiar to you, they may even feel like issues you have wished to heal for years, or they may feel so much a part of your being that a release may feel as if you are losing a part of yourself. At this time, your soul is bringing forth to you some of your deepest and most fearful inner energies. Your soul realises that you are now in a space where you are completely and absolutely supported, you have the necessary understanding to make transitions, and it is safe for you to instigate healing.
Often souls upon the Earth can be blind to the inner energies that limit their existence; they may search for answers, freedom and support with little result. They can become confused as to the behaviours they are holding onto that limit their fulfilment. It is often that those around them, sometimes without even realising can see with clarity their destructive habits. If you are willing to observe yourself as well as observing your reality as a mirror of your inner energies, then you will allow yourself to glimpse the energies within you which cause the most pain and suffering.
Negative or Fear Based Energies Defined
Negativity is simply an energy which has become separate and disconnected from the Creator and love. It is an energy which is held within a cage unable to escape. Negative energy often repeats the same energy, focus and pattern in a cycle, each cycle magnifies and empowers its presence. Negative energy you experience swelling from within you is connected to, a part of and began as the body of energy that you exist as. It is your energy manifesting in a certain way because of a thought, emotion or experience. The energy becomes separated from your pure energy although it remains within you because it was energised by your focus into its creation. It is as if it takes on a new identity that is different to the pure light identity of your being. This signifies that unresolved or unaddressed energies within you can become energised until it is as if they have a power of their own. When a negative or fearful energy exists, the energy is active, then a part of or even the entire part of your being is restricted, suppressed and disempowered. Your actions, thoughts, emotions, perspectives and the way in which you communicate and express yourself are tainted by the negative energy, even if you are not aware of the negative energy you are holding onto within your everyday life.
Limiting energies within you become fragmented aspects of your own energy that are very powerful because of their repetitive cycles which constantly build their power within you. When healing is received by you, it often appears that these fragmented energies are released. The truth is that the fragmented energies are reconnected to your own energy system. This simple reconnection instigates a healing because as you connect with the fragmented aspect, you are accepting it and the energy it holds or represents. Acceptance allows the energy to transform and align to the pure and high vibrations of your energy. The fragmented aspect becomes united and energises the wholeness and completeness of your being thus raisings your energy vibration and light quotient.
It is important to realise that all fearful, negative thoughts and emotions are a part of your energy that has taken on a new identity which is separate and the complete opposite of your truth. This identity is living with you often causing chaos as it wishes to be recognised, listen to, noticed and returned to its original source, your essence and truth. With this understanding the negative or fearful energy has no hold on you, you are able to remain in your power with greater ease. Often the negative or fearful energy is directing you to acknowledge your inner strength and empower yourself. For example, if you are fearful of meeting people, the truth is that you have a natural ability and talent of communicating with people. If you experience pain and suffering in your body, you have a natural ability as a healer. If you experience disempowerment of any form, you have a natural ability to empower yourself and others. Often the fear or negative energy you experience is guiding you to your ultimate talent, sacred inner qualities and gifts, which is always the opposite of the fear or negative energy.

When you feel ready, allow yourself to enter into a state of meditation, where you feel completely relaxed, safe and supported. You may wish to call upon my energies, Archangel Metatron, or your guides to lend their energy and love to you.
Create an intention, stating it out loud, describing the negative or fear based energy, emotions, thoughts or experiences you wish to heal. State that instead you wish to embody the positive opposite energy, which you can describe.
Focus within your being and connect with the fear based or negative energy, allow yourself to feel its presence, the impact it has upon you and its limiting nature. Imagine the negative or fear based energy as a person, character, image or symbol. Observe anything the energy may wish to say to you or remind you of.
Now you have an image of the energy it is easier for you to connect with it and accept it.
Again, focus within your being and ask or focus upon connecting with the positive qualities you have discovered. Focus upon the qualities until they blossom and swell from within your being.
Embodying the positive qualities which are the opposite of the fear based or negative energies, fully accept and welcome the energy and image of your fear. Allow the fear or negative energy to reconnect with your energy. As it reconnects, it will be transformed by the natural purity of your being.
Feel, sense and acknowledge the energy dissolving, creating wholeness and peace within your being while also empowering the positive qualities you have brought into empowerment and embodiment within your being.
This exercise may need to be practised once or numerous times until the energy no longer manifests in your everyday reality. In truth, you are liberating your being, raising your vibration and ensuring that your inner and outer reality reflect your desires and dreams of fulfilment in your current lifetime.

I, Archangel Metatron, come forth with an energetic tool to support you at this stage of your ascension. The Prism of Light Healing Tool is born from the high vibrational levels of the Angelic Kingdom; it is an energetic form which connects you to the Universe of the Creator. The Prism of Light Healing collects the divine consciousness of the Creator, holding them as vibrational colours of light. The Prism is a space that you can connect with and even exist within which holds and somewhat contains a concentrated source of divine Creator frequencies which have the ability to align you further with the Creator. Potent is the Prism of Light connected to the Universe of the Creator that it is known to aid and enhance all forms of self-healing on any levels of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self.
Prism of Light Healing Ashram
The Prism of Light Healing shape is known as an Ashram because it is a space which any being can exist within, receiving healing vibrations from the collected frequencies of the Universe of the Creator that are anchored, supported by the purest Angelic vibrations. The Prism of Light Healing does not have a specific size, it can expand to encompass the entire world, or it can be small enough to be anchored into a chakra to support transformation. Angelic beings exist on the outside of the Prism to ensure its protection and to oversee those calling upon and working with the Prism of Light Healing. No being exists within the Prism acting as an overseer or representative of the energy. The energies are so intense within the Prism that it is impossible for any being to eternally exist within the Prism. Instead, I, Archangel Metatron, as the leader of the Angelic Kingdom take responsibility for the Prism and act as its overseer from the outside. However, there are Angelic Beings dedicated to observing the energy and work of the Prism from the outside.
The Purpose of the Prism of Light Healing
The overseer of the Prism is the Creator, all that is the Creator flows into the Prism, especially energies aligned with and of similar vibration as the Angelic Kingdom. It is a space of multi-coloured love, truth and peace. The intentions of the Creator for the entire Universe of the Creator anchor into the Prism. This means that the Prism holds all templates and codes of perfection for every expression of the Creator. When I use the word perfection, I speak of the precision of the Creator rather than the human ego’s idea of perfection which is being faultless, flawless and aligned to the perceptions of a civilisation. With the presence of every template and code of light within the Prism created by the Creator for every expression of the Creator, healing, transformation and powerful shifts can take place when you are aligned to the Prism of Light Healing.
When a being connects with, exists within, expresses or anchors the energy of the Prism of Light Healing the intention of the Creator for every aspect of their being and reality is either reactivated or re-encoded within your being. Templates, codes and energies which have been inactive, fragmented or blocked which are required to support you in existing as a fulfilled being upon the Earth will receive attention, as light anchors from the Prism so the necessary transformation can take place.
The only time that the necessary transformation cannot take place is if conscious understanding of an experience, situation or creation must first be accepted. This means that if understanding of the experience, situation or creation will provide a greater accelerated transformation and positive impact upon your being and reality, then the Prism of Light Healing will not reactivate or anchor the necessary templates or codes until conscious understanding dawns.
The divine will, intentions and awareness of the Creator are present within the Prism, so everything will occur with divine perfection, timing and precision, as guided by the Creator for the ultimate fulfilling outcome.
Existing within the Prism of Light Healing
It is advisable to only exist within the Prism of Light Healing for 30 mins a day at the most. Your time spent within the Prism of Light Healing can be expanded after regular alignments and experience of the energy, as well as when a familiarity to the light frequencies manifests. We recommend that the time spent within the Prism of Light Healing is only expanded to 2 hours a day.
- To connect, experience and exist within the Prism of Light Healing first state out loud your intention, and the reason for visiting. You may wish to explain what you wish to transform and what you would like to experience instead.
- Simply say out loud: ‘I am fully aligned with the Angelic Kingdom, overseen by Archangel Metatron. Assisted and guided by Archangel Metatron I connect with and align my entire being to the Prism of Light Healing at the purest vibration and level of the Angelic Kingdom. Through my heart chakra and higher heart chakra, I enter into the Prism of Light Healing. I recognise its hexagonal shape surrounding me and the myriad of colourful Creator light frequencies encompassing my being. I acknowledge the Angelic Beings present surrounding the Prism of Light Healing and the divine intention of the Creator actively present within the Prism of Light Healing, connecting deeply with my being now. I surrender my being to the Creator allowing the Creator to reactivate or reencode my being to allow the necessary templates and codes for the appropriate healing to be active within my being. I now receive the light and divine Creator assistance present within the Prism of Light Healing. Thank you.’
- Imagine, sense, acknowledge a myriad of light colours surrounding you, breath the energy of the Prism of Light Healing into your entire being and allow the Creator to work with you.
- Once you feel the process is complete, thank the Prism of Light Healing and ask me, Archangel Metatron, to return you to your reality, disconnecting you from the Prism of Light Healing. Focus on grounding yourself into the Earth for as long as feel necessary.
It is important to state that once the necessary templates and codes are active within your being, it may take time for you to experience the results of this and the shift may also be subtle.
Transmitting the Energy of the Prism of Light Healing
Again, it is advisable to only connect with and transmit the energy and light of the Prism of Light Healing for 30 mins a day at the most. This can be expanded to up to 4 hours a day once you become accustomed to the energy frequency.
Connecting with and transmitting the energy of the Prism of Light Healing means that you do not exist with the Prism of Light Healing, you simply are receiving the necessary energy through your being either directing it to yourself or another person, being or situation. You are transmitting the light given to you from the Prism of Light Healing, embodying the energy within your being or radiating it directly to another person, being or situation. To radiate the light to another person, being or situation, it is important to realise that an aspect of the Prism of Light Healing will anchor into your soul star chakra, which will automatically create a circuit of light flowing to your earth star chakra. The light will be expressed through your higher heart chakra, into your heart chakra and through your arms and hands. To direct the energy and light place your left hand in front of you, in line with your heart chakra, with your elbow bent and your palm facing to the sky. Place the base or wrist of your right hand in the centre of your left palm with your fingers extended as straight as possible reaching to the sky. The right palm faces forward or diagonally forward to the left.
- Begin first by creating an intention for yourself, the person, being or situation in mind. Stating what you wish to transform and the outcome you would like to manifest.
- Simply say out loud: ‘I am fully aligned with the Angelic Kingdom, overseen by Archangel Metatron. Assisted and guided by Archangel Metatron I connect with and align my entire being to the Prism of Light Healing at the purest vibration and level of the Angelic Kingdom. My intention and purpose is to bring forth the necessary energy from the Prism of Light Healing to (describe purpose). I allow the appropriate energy, light frequency and intention of the Creator of the Prism of Light Healing to anchor into my soul star chakra and ground into my earth star chakra. I allow the light to radiate through and from my higher heart chakra, heart chakra, arms and hands. I acknowledge the Angelic Beings present surrounding the Prism of Light Healing who are supporting and guiding me now and the divine intention of the Creator actively present and flowing through my being. Through my being I allow the Creator to reactivate or reencode (person, being, situation) to allow the necessary templates and codes for the appropriate healing to be active. - Position your hands as described previously and focus on the energy flowing through your being and emanating from your hands. Observe any inspiration that dawns.
- Once you feel the process is complete, thank the Prism of Light Healing and ask me, Archangel Metatron to disconnect you from the Prism of Light Healing. Focus on grounding yourself into the Earth for as long as feel necessary.

Greetings and love is expressed to you from the Angelic Kingdom through my being, Archangel Metatron. I am currently and have been for some time overseeing the ascension of humanity and the Earth. It is my purpose to ensure that all the necessary energies that humanity and the Earth require to aid their illumination and enlightenment are anchored, aiding the appropriate shifts. I ensure the inner planes and the Earth exist in harmony as major shifts of awakening occur. It is balance that I focus upon as well as ensuring that all receive the necessary ascension energies and guidance they require.
My purpose is achieved by holding a vision of all beings upon the Earth existing as enlightened, remembering the truth of the Creator and acting from the source of the Creator within. I hold a vision of your ultimate enlightened self for your current reality and existence upon the Earth. With my vision, I also store an energy and light frequency which is the equivalent level and dimension of energy you will hold and embody as your enlightened self upon the Earth. In truth, I am a reflection of your infinite opportunities of experience and embodiment upon the Earth. It is my role to support you in recognising, remembering and realising your enlightened self.

Your Enlightenment
Take a moment to contemplate what you believe or perceive your enlightenment process to be. What do you believe will happen when you become enlightened? How will you feel? What will you be able to do? How will other people regard you and how will you perceive yourself? Encourage yourself to imagine the process of enlightenment for you.
It is often when humanity perceives enlightenment they focus upon drama, glamour and the pinnacle experience. They have within their minds an idea of what they will feel like and be able to do when they have experienced enlightenment. Mostly this is connected to drama because they believe that it will be a drastic shift which could change their being and reality completely. They may also hold onto glamour as they will perceive that they and everyone around them will notice a difference, maybe converse with them differently or that people would know them as enlightened. We could say this is equivalent to celebrity status in the spiritual circles upon the Earth. They may also be holding a vision of what it is going to be like for them when they become enlightened; therefore they are constantly in a state of searching believing that they are not enlightened now. However, they will be in the future or tomorrow. Essentially, they are not existing in the present instead they are constantly looking to or trying to live in the future. It is because of these three illusions that I invited you to contemplate what you believe and perceive your enlightenment process to be. When we realise that even with the process of enlightenment that drama, glamour and not being in the present can be engaged with, then we begin to see through illusions accessing the truth of the enlightenment process of the Earth. It is appropriate to realise illusions and let them go.
The Key to Remembering You Are Already Enlightened
The truth is that you are already enlightened, you already have a pure connection with the Creator, are able to receive guidance, heal yourself and other as well as other beautiful skills and abilities. Everything that you seek is within you. I, Archangel Metatron know this to be true, so why do you seek enlightenment when you are already an enlightened being? Why do you not realise or remember you are enlightened? It is an interesting question to contemplate, in doing, so you begin to realise the key to unlocking your experience of your own enlightened self.
Allow yourself to sit in meditation, ask yourself, ‘Why do I seek enlightenment and why do I not realise or remember I am enlightened?’ Simply allow insights, realisations and understandings to dawn. You may need to repeat the question a few times in order to create a reaction and response within your being. Ensure that you ask yourself in the most loving way from a state of self-unconditional love. The answers you receive will reveal to you areas which require healing. For example, you may believe that you are not good enough, you do not trust yourself or the Creator, you have been taught that only special people communicate with the Creator or achieve enlightenment, that you need to work hard to achieve, you may feel rejected or abandoned, or maybe something else. There are numerous reasons, and each is a special key that if you transform, heal or shift, you will reveal your enlightened self viewing who you are as your truth. When a limiting belief, realisation or experience is discovered by you; please call upon my presence, Archangel Metatron. Invite me to bring forth the necessary healing to support the release of this limitation and your acceptance of your inner enlightened self. I will distribute the most appropriate frequencies of healing to support your transformation.
Recognising Your Enlightenment
It is important to realise that you are recognising, remembering and revealing your enlightened self and grounding it into your body and personality every day. It is for most a gradual and subtle process which can be recognised. However, it is often that people desire an instant dramatic shift into enlightenment, so they miss the signs that they are engaging with and embodying their enlightened self. Some indications that you are recognising and embodying your enlightened self are that you experience:
- Love for yourself and others as well as emanating love wherever you are, whatever is occurring.
- Inner peace and contentment for yourself, life, those around you, the Earth, the Creator, in truth everything, which is more present than not.
- An expansion of your heart chakra, your willingness to accept, communicate and share with yourself and others.
- A sense of gratitude for all that you are and all you have.
- Love and appreciation for your body as well as communicating with your body and fulfilling its needs.
- Inspiration, understanding, realisation or divine guidance, feeling stimulated to act on the information shared.
- Pulsations or flow of energy moving through your body and aura at certain times.
- New abilities, skills and talents, whether they appear miraculously or whether you are guided to train or study to gain the knowledge required.
- A reduction in your negative, blaming, doubting, limiting, fearing and distracting thoughts and habits, or even the wish to declutter your mind and focus upon positive truth inspiring thoughts.
- Trust in the universe of the Creator, the support of the Creator and your own
These are just a few examples; each person will experience and notice new beautiful shifts within their being, every person’s experience is unique. Even if you recognise that you are experiencing one of the examples I have shared, even if it is only for a few moments, it is an indication that you are already achieving, accessing or more truthfully remembering yourself as an enlightened being. The enlightenment you seek is already occurring/present within you now. When you recognise your experiences of enlightenment this offers you the confidence and trust you require to open yourself fully to the truth within you. It is important to realise that you are not waiting for your enlightenment to happen, it already is being reveal by you to you every day. A true experience of your enlightened self manifests when you let go of drama, glamour, the ego, negative or fear based habits, lack, doubt and separation. Every moment you allow yourself to let go you reconnect yourself to your inner power and enthuse yourself with the truth of the Creator within.
In many ways, the quest for enlightenment is an illusion and yet remembering or familiarising yourself with your enlightened self is a journey of being in the present moment.
