Blessings of the Christ I, Lord Maitreya, bestow upon you and activate from within your being, let the Christ active energy of love weave its way through your being and reality penetrating every aspect of yourself with the pure love of the Creator.
I wish to bless your heart chakra with the Christ consciousness light to boost its purpose. Your heart chakra is working tremendously hard in this present time shifting and releasing so many unneeded energies, it is currently a centre of activity but most importantly a centre of change, truth, acknowledgement and divine shifts. Allow me to work with your heart chakra to strengthen the love present as the heart is bringing to the surface all that is no longer needed, it is throwing out all negative patterning of the past to bring freedom to your being, while assisting you in moving the vibrations of your being to be aligned with a new dimensional vibration of light. Such a tremendous clearing led by the heart chakra can cause pain and suffering of the past to return for acknowledgement or to reactivate, in this state of evolution acknowledgement and compassion is important while attachment and identification with the energies will only cause more suffering. Beloved ones let me work with your heart chakra supporting their great process of upheaval as I pour the Christ consciousness light deep into your heart chakra, I am here to be of service to you, eternally.

Lord Maitreya, I call forth your luminous golden energy to be present with me now. Please anchor the Christ consciousness light deep into my heart chakra, letting your light carry throughout my entire being. Please continue to increase the volume of Christ consciousness penetrating my being and heart chakra in order to strengthen the love and healing vibration of my heart chakra. As my heart chakra brings all unneeded energies, habits and patterns to the forefront to aid my necessary ascension shifts I ask for the loving support of Lord Maitreya and the Christ consciousness to clear the energies with ease and perfection. Let the love of my heart magnify with such intensity that all unneeded energies instantly dissolve in the presence of my heart chakra. It is my understanding and belief that I move through necessary shifts of my ascension with a beautiful and joyous ease. Thank you.
Simply allow yourself to feel a golden glow building within your heart chakra. You can remind yourself of this and my support in times of shifts or if any pain arises to be healed and acknowledged.
While your heart chakra is experiencing and is guiding a deep cleansing, it is true that your entire being is evolving therefore moving through tremendous shifts, activation and healing processes. You may recognise this more vividly within your reality and also within your emotional body. The love that is growing upon the Earth and more importantly within your beings is causing a tremendously strong and intense purification, where everything you have not yet noticed within yourself will come to the surface as if a light is shone upon your entire being and gradually you must sort through all your energies to understand what you wish to release and what you wish to retain within your being. It may also be that energies in the past you believed you had healed may re-emerge for further healing. As more and more love manifests and activates within your being it is as if the light shone upon you widens or penetrates deeper demonstrating to you more of yourself. Sometimes energies can be so embedded within your being they require many levels of healing before they are uprooted completely from your being. While energies are rising to be healed so are your emotions and mental states, these are so familiar to you, akin to old friends that sometimes you can link back into them without realising. The purpose of the old emotions and mental states emerging is to strengthen your state of love and inner peace. The old emotions and mental states ask you if you can recognise them and not be tempted by their presence, but instead enter into a deeper state of peace and love where you lovingly disregard the old emotional and mental states.
I am aware that many of you already understand this deep purification which is a-rising and may continue becoming less in the years ahead but I ask you to think with compassion and awareness of those who may not have a similar understanding. There are many people upon the Earth who have not yet awoken fully to be conscious of the shifts and healing processes occurring in this year and the next coming years. They have no idea why they are being bombarded with negative situations in their reality or negative states of mind and emotions which seem to arise with no reason. Many people naturally find their way through, releasing and healing often without realising, especially because they have not realised how much they have evolved over the years. There are some people who cannot help but dive into the old negative emotional and mental states, projecting these into their reality which is causing them pain and suffering as they become entangled unable to break free. For those of you who move through the clearing of old energies you understand how difficult it can be, so to move through without spiritual tools, guides and a conscious awareness can be a challenging and seemingly endless process.
The era of love will penetrate into your being with such depth that there will be nothing remaining within your being and energies, only love. In the beginning the love purification process may seem difficult but as more love activates within your being you will place more and more trust in love until you are so immersed and focused in love that the purification process will become tremendously tranquil because you will be eternally dancing in love.
Knowing we are all one, we can recognise each and every person as a part of our own being. You can recognise those of similar mind states as a part of your being, but there is also a need to recognise those not yet conscious of their ascension as an aspect of your being. You may realise that within your being there are areas not yet activated or submerged in love. The more you focus upon activating love and truth within your being the more souls will awaken on the Earth. It is also important to realise that you can assist many people who may be experiencing what seems like to them a hell upon the Earth as so many negative energies emerge and they are unsure how to heal them, it is to hold these souls in your heart with tremendous compassion and love. Not because you are following your ascension pathway and are therefore more evolved but because you have the awareness to do so, the awareness to make a difference.
The Christ consciousness has a purpose in this present moment of holding all beings who are struggling with the love purification process in the deep healing, nourishing and supportive energies of the Christ consciousness. I wish to ask you to assist in this process of healing and freeing many from their negative emotional and mental states of the past. It is a simple process that will assist you in supporting a world healing and shift process as well as activating the greater presence of love within your being.
I ask you when you feel guided to enter into a state of meditation and to breathe deeply,
Imagine a golden glow of light in your heart space and let it expand to create a powerful ball and cocoon of love and Christ consciousness within your heart space.
Call upon myself, Lord Maitreya, to create a golden cocoon of support around your entire being offering to you love and protection you can draw upon.
If there are any people who are suffering in your reality you can call them to be healed, cleansed and released from the torment of their old energies, if they so wish.
Imagine them existing within your cocoon of Christ consciousness in your heart space and let them be healed.
Then release them from your heart space and ask me, Lord Maitreya, to cleanse and heal your heart space.
This practice can be achieved asking for all of humanity who is suffering to enter into your heart space in the same way, know your love is never-ending and eternally expansive. This is such a beautiful practice which will support many, including yourself.
I finally wish to share with you a short invocation to assist you in being of service at this time;
Beloved Lord Maitreya, Christed Beings and the Christ Consciousness, I call upon your loving and active vibration of love to penetrate the Earth and each love adding all of us to move through the love purification process with tremendous ease, happiness and perfection. Let us all remain in states of love as we release all that is no longer needed and no longer serves us. Please especially surround in love those who are finding it difficult to free themselves from pain and suffering, help all to embrace love on a deeper level. Thank you.

Let me hold your hands in mine; let me wash them with the love of the Creator. May everything and every person that you touch from now on be charged with the love of the Creator.
Let me hold your feet in my hands; let me wash your feet in the love of the Creator. May every step you walk upon the Earth be a step of love.
Let me embrace you in my arms; let me wash your being in the love of the Creator so that you may know and feel that you are never alone. The Creator is within you always. I use the love of the Creator to dissolve all fears that you may have of realising yourself as a magnificent being of love, a sacred vessel of Creator love. Let the love of the Creator wash away fear so that you may realise that there is nothing to fear and you are loved unconditionally and eternally by the Creator. Do not shy away from the love of the Creator, it is your divine right, know that you are worthy of the love of the Creator because you are so magnificent, precious and sacred. Do you realise that you are loved every moment of your day, every moment that you sleep? Do you realise that you are loved so completely and absolutely with every breath you take? The love of the Creator will never and can never be taken away from you, it is yours to accept, realise hold and express.
The love of the Creator is the essence of life; if you do not allow yourself to feel, experience and express the love of the Creator then you haven’t truly experienced life on the Earth. There are so many wondrous sights, smells and experiences on the Earth but none are greater than feeling the love of the Creator, knowing that the love of the Creator is around and within you at all times and will never be taken away from you. The love of the Creator is the only true thing that you can depend upon whether you are on the Earth or on the inner planes. It is our right and a need as soul’s of the Creator to place our trust and faith in the love of the Creator. When you realise the love of the Creator within you, when you trust wholeheartedly in the love and the will of the Creator, then you will understand that there is nothing more that you need because you will feel completely fulfilled on all levels of your being.
Your most deepest yearning is for the love of the Creator and yet my brothers and sisters there is no need to suffer any longer, the love of the Creator is yours to grasp and treasure now. If you just dissolved your fears and held courage you could recognise the love of the Creator and bathe yourself completely in blissful, joyous and healing energies. Your guides and I are here to help you, you do not have to achieve this on your own, all you need do is ask and you will receive with divine timing.
My aim is to help you understand how precious you are, how precious those around you are and how you are never alone. This is my greatest aim as a being of love to share and awaken the love of the Creator in others.
I am worthy of the love of the Creator.
I am loved by the Creator unconditionally and eternally.
I am fearless and loving at all times.
I recognise with ease the love of the Creator around and within me.
The love of the Creator embraces heals and awakens my being.
I am the love of the Creator; I am the purity of love in manifestation on the Earth.
You can say these statements to yourself, but don’t just say them, understand and feel the words and their meanings to you.
Let me embrace your soul in the love of the Creator to allow the truth and essence of your soul to be magnified, nurtured and intensified. Your soul is after all the essence of the Creator within you. Recognising your soul is to remember the truth of your being and who you are. Feel, sense or acknowledge the love of the Creator swelling from within you. I am here to support, protect and cradle you in my love; I am devoted to assisting you now, let yourself be devoted to your unity with the Creator and acceptance of love.
In order to truly feel the love of the Creator which is naturally within and around us, there is a need to surrender to the Creator. To surrender is to give up or let go of anything that is no longer needed. To surrender to the Creator is to submit all that is causing you pain and suffering, all that is hindering and limiting you to the Creator. It is to detach yourself from any negativity you may be experiencing and to give it up to the Creator. The Creator can transform all negative energy into positive loving light but when we give negativity to the Creator we are asking for the highest vibration of light to cleanse and heal us. To hold onto negativity is simply harmful for the mind, heart emotions and physical body. To surrender all to the Creator shows a detachment from the negativity, a realisation that the negativity or pain is not your truth nor is it needed. Sometimes we are unable to let go of an unneeded energy as easily as we might like but this is because there is a lesson waiting to be learnt through the situation or feeling. Remember that you do not have to go through your life alone; the Creator is here to help you and will take away all appropriate negativity if you ask this of the Creator. We are all so greatly honoured when we learn that there is an energy that is composed of pure love that loves us unconditionally and eternally. What a wonderful gift we have been given. With this understanding you can realise that you are so precious, you must be as you have been blessed beautifully and perfectly. I believe that this is the ultimate gift that a soul could receive, to be loved unconditionally and eternally, there is no gift that is greater. Now is the time to accept your gift, it is yours to experience now.
Whenever you feel down or negative remind yourself that you have been given the ultimate gift of unconditional and eternal love, recognise this love within you and then say out loud or in your mind.
I surrender all false energies, illusion, pain, suffering, negativity and lack of love to the Almighty Creator. I detach from these energies and allow them to be transformed into light of the highest vibration.
Breathe deeply,
I ask that the energy of joy and love emanates and is magnified from my soul now.
To surrender to the Creator is also to trust in the Creator’s will and divine plan for your reality on the Earth, to understand that you are experiencing the divine perfection of the Creator at all times of your reality and to trust in this completely. With this belief, you allow the perfection of the Creator to manifest and you naturally step onto the path that is most appropriate for you to aid you in being of service in the most perfect way. To trust in the will of the Creator can be difficult when you are experiencing chaos or pain but it is your most healing tool after love, it is to trust that everything has a purpose and that positivity arises from all situations.
To surrender to the Creator is to submit yourself to the Creator for complete and absolute healing. The more you achieve and practice this the more connected you will become with the Creator, gradually transforming your entire being into love.

Greetings, I am Archangel Michael, I come with the grace, love, and truth of the Creator wishing to awaken the same within you. I am known as an Archangel of Protection, Divine Will/Power and the Divine Plan. You may call upon my assistance to protect you which is to maintain your energy field in and as the light of the Creator. You may call upon me to awaken and support your experience of the Divine Will and Power of the Creator, I will support you in being your truth and an expression of the Creator. I, Archangel Michael, will assist you in receiving and enacting the Divine Plan of the Creator in every moment of your existence on the Earth. In doing so you will enhance your trust in yourself, your presence upon the Earth and the Creator. With trust you become a positively impactful and powerful expression of the Creator on the Earth, inspiring and awakening others to be the same. Many are experiencing chaos, confusion, conflict, and negativity at this moment on the Earth, whether it is within their own beings, between people or in the world. These four energies seem to be igniting and making their presence known. Take a moment to recognise whether you are experiencing chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity within your being, with others and are recognising it in the world around you. Try to understand how it is impacting your being, your relationship with yourself and the Creator. You may be able to recognise the constraints, control, and suffering you are causing to your entire being. Chaos, confusion, conflict, and negativity are being projected into the consciousness of humanity. Even those who are awake and aware of the presence of the Creator within them may find that the energies being projected by those who wish to gain control, are impactful upon their beings. The energy being projected by those who do not understand the light and wish to dampen the divine mind emerging within many upon the Earth can create a powerful shift when approached with divine awareness. The energy ignites any trace of chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity within you, allowing it to rise into your awareness. Thus, you have the opportunity to release it and choose a new vibration of embodiment that empowers your divine truth.
I Archangel Michael, invite you to be aware of the presence of chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity within your being, with others or in the Earth. Do not seek it as this will attract it further, simply observe free from judgment or fear. The energy of chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity requires to be transformed into a new vibration of light to serve you and all.
Imagine if 50% of the population focused upon transforming energies of chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity into new vibrations of light, such a powerful healing wave would be initiated, impacting all. Imagine if you focused on transforming any chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity you experienced within you and in your everyday life. Imagine the liberation created and the powerful light beacon you would become. You would truly step into your divine presence, as chaos, confusion, conflict, and negativity would no longer have a hold over you. You would instantly transform the energies.
Transforming Chaos, Confusion, Conflict, and Negativity
I, Archangel Michael, wish to share with you some tools to assist you in transforming chaos, confusion, conflict and negativity within your being, life and the world. I wish to share with you energy vibrations that you can call upon, following your inner guidance as to which one would serve your purpose and create the transformation you require. You may wish to use this method:
- Recognise the presence of chaos, confusion, conflict or negativity. Which one is present? Where is it present? What is it creating? (It doesn’t matter if you are unable to answer these questions, the simple recognition of the presence of one or more of these energies is enough.)
- ‘I am ready, willing and open to release and transform the energies that do not serve me/in this relationship/the world in embodying the Creator.’
- Allow yourself to be guided to one or more of the energy vibrations, I, Archangel Michael wish to share with you. Each energy vibration is a tool and technique, an energy frequency you can call upon to be anchored and activated. It will create a healing, release and transformation. There is no need to state the transformation or result you wish to create. Liberation from chaos, confusion, conflict, and negativity is the outcome we seek and amplification of light.
- Once you have chosen the appropriate energy frequency I provided; it is important to invoke it into embodiment. ‘Archangel Michael, I call upon your presence and divine energies to draw close to me. I wish to now activate and anchor Archangel Michael’s ……. (state which frequency) to create liberation, transformation and magnificent light in……. Greetings, we are the Council of 144, as a collective we represent every member of the Universe of the Creator. We exist at the cosmic level and yet are often recognised as the Council of 12 (the 12 core energies that are first expressed from the Creator, of which each of you pass through and are an expression of.) As the Council of 144, our purpose is to maintain the energy, frequency and vibration of creation as born from the Creator. The frequency we emanate as the 144 synthesises into many dimensions and even civilisations upon the Earth. During major ascension shifts the 144 frequency is present to support the necessary manifestations. When the 144 frequency is present in whichever form it manifests, you can be sure a powerful shift and transformation is presenting itself for all to experience. The frequency of 144 at a cosmic level is the vibration of manifestation and creation of the purest nature. It is with this vibration we greet you, activating the same within you. As we connect with each other and through each other, so we recognise the purest vibration of the Creator.
Our purpose in coming forth to you today is to share an insight from the Universe of the Creator and our conscious awareness. We wish to share with you a vibration and frequency known as the 144 Healing System. This is the healing frequency present within our vibration, known as the 144 frequency, born from the cosmic level. Our frequency represents the wholeness, completeness and oneness of the Creator. Therefore, our healing frequency represents and promotes the same. It is labelled the 144 Healing System because calling upon this energy and attunement begins a cycle of attuning your entire being on all levels to the wholeness, completeness and oneness of the Creator. The result is that gradually, although at an accelerated rate, you shift your energy vibration to exist in harmony with the 144 frequency with special focus upon healing and transforming that which separates and withdraws your energy from the Creator. Your harmonisation with the 144 frequency will support a process of discovering your inner truth, dissolving inner wounds, rediscovering the Creator within you and accepting liberation throughout your entire being. Energies that seem to be stagnating will have the opportunity to blossom into the beautiful and blissful energy of the Creator. The 144 Healing System supports your own special journey of rejoicing with the Creator while allowing you to remain in your power, at the forefront of your internal healing and awakening process. The journey is different for each soul that connects with the 144 Healing System, making it difficult to describe the full presence and purpose of this powerful vibration.
The 144 Healing System holds 144 stands of healing energy, each stand or energy wave was created by the Council of 12. When each strand of healing energy is combined it creates a complete and the ultimate healing shift which impacts all levels of your being. Calling on just some of these healing stands of light could support the healing you desire in your life, reality and being now. However, when you anchor the 144 stands of healing energy you create a vow with yourself and the Creator of seeking unity with the Creator, beyond the current experiences of your existence on the Earth. A unity that sings to every aspect of your being and re-establishes your intimate relationship with the Creator. Within the 144 Healing System are codes and divine imprints which represent and emanate the purest vibration of the Creator and the Universe of the Creator. Each code and divine imprint promote oneness and harmonisation with the Creator, supporting you in bringing the same into creation within your reality upon the Earth and the inner planes.
Souls throughout the Universe of the Creator, such as Star Beings and Ascended Masters, download and emanate the 144 Healing System, recognising it as a transformational pathway to remembrance of the Creator on all levels of their being. This is not a new energy, it is a frequency at the very core of your own being and at the foundation of the entire universe of the Creator, as well as the Earth.
Within the Ascended Master Schools on the inner planes, there is an opportunity to access and reactivate the 144 Healing System at which every dimension you are vibrating. Many choose to decipher and express teachings and healing techniques from the 144 Healing System and yet at a cosmic level it is simply light which shifts your being into complete harmonisation with the Creator.
We, the Council of 144 wished to make you aware of the 144 Healing System now so you may be conscious of this energy within your being, thus beginning a unique healing journey for yourself in co-creation with the Creator. It is essential now due to the Blaze of Light anchoring in 2020 from the Creator with the purpose of creating more light and the magnification of light. If the frequency and energy of the 144 Healing System is recognised within your being and activated, then it will be magnified and further distributed throughout your being by the Blaze of Light.
It is important to recognise that the 144 Healing System manifests the completeness, wholeness and oneness of the Creator for all aspects of your being, reality, creations and existence on the Earth and the inner planes. Take a moment to connect with and embody this understanding:
- Imagine the presence of wholeness within your being and reality that the 144 Healing System creates.

Greetings, we are the Council of 144, as a collective we represent every member of the Universe of the Creator. We exist at the cosmic level and yet are often recognised as the Council of 12 (the 12 core energies that are first expressed from the Creator, of which each of you pass through and are an expression of.) As the Council of 144, our purpose is to maintain the energy, frequency and vibration of creation as born from the Creator. The frequency we emanate as the 144 synthesises into many dimensions and even civilisations upon the Earth. During major ascension shifts the 144 frequency is present to support the necessary manifestations. When the 144 frequency is present in whichever form it manifests, you can be sure a powerful shift and transformation is presenting itself for all to experience. The frequency of 144 at a cosmic level is the vibration of manifestation and creation of the purest nature.
We the Council of 144 of the Cosmic Level created and gifted into the Universe of the Creator a source of light known as the Globe of Creation. This is a tool for souls to work with in order to:
- Further understand the laws of the Universe of the Creator
- To perfect the accuracy of manifesting from whichever dimension of the Universe of the Creator you exist at, as each dimension requires a different process
- Download the light codes of Creation and the light DNA strands missing that support co-creation with the Creator
- The manifestation of the Divine Plan of the Creator to continue the journey and quest of truth all are embarking upon now.
The Globe of Creation born from the source of the 144 vibration at a cosmic level is available in its energetic form for all souls to connect and work with. On first connection it will begin a deep and full reconnection and cleansing of the presence of creation within your being. Then it will magnify the energy and frequency of the Creator’s energy of creation within your entire being. Following this, the Globe of Creation will empower the presence of the Divine Plan within your being and even heal any fragmentation which may have occurred. Thus, aligning you more fully with the Divine Plan allowing it to become a powerful guiding light within your life and existence, whether you are on the Earth or the inner planes. The Globe will download the light codes of Creation and the light DNA strands missing to support your natural ability of co-creation with the Creator as well as improving your skills of manifestation and Creation. The results will be that you feel a deeper connection and intimacy with the Creator with a greater understanding of the Laws of the Universe of the Creator. You will perfect the process of creation, manifestation, expression and materialisation of the Creator at the dimensional frequency you currently reside and others as well. An understanding of the link between ascension and creation will dawn, opening up a blossoming of service to all that is the Creator.
It is enormous that the Globe is making an appearance energetically to those who are ready at accept its presence, influence and wisdom. The Globe of Creation has not energetically appeared to light workers since the fall of Atlantis.
Why has the Globe of Creation appeared now?
Humanity has now reached the light frequency necessary. In 2020 a light blaze will manifest which will enhance the light frequency of all beings, the Globe of Creation needs to be energetically present in order for the energy of creation within all souls to be magnified precisely and perfectly. A powerful synthesis will take place between the Light Blaze and the Globe of Creation, opening up a new manifestation of the Creator for all to realise and accept within themselves.
It is important to mention that you do not focus upon that which you wish to manifest or create when connecting energetically with the Globe of Creation. Instead it refines and opens your being to finetune your natural and Creator given abilities of manifestation and co-creation with the Creator. Thus, once the process is complete or integrated, that which is Creator guided will manifest with your focus and intention.

Greetings to all upon the Earth, I am the Lord of the Universe, I am also known as Sanat Kumara, I am a collective of energy and a source of guidance. It is one of my many purposes to explain the universe to other or more truthfully to support remembrance of the secrets, energies, wisdom and creative expression of the Creator’s Universe. My guidance comes to you as I step through veils of the Creator’s Universe into other voids/worlds beyond that which you are experiencing. My purpose is to expand beyond what seems possible, therefore bringing forth the knowingness of the Creator into the awareness of us all. As I expand so I receive truth, the awareness of the different forms the Creator takes and confirmation of the nothingness of the Creator simultaneously.
Imagine walking through the veils and voids that compose your entire being from your existence on the Earth to your presence within the Universe of the Creator. There would be so much to explore. You would recognise the entirety of the Creator within all that you are. Now imagine walking through the veils, voids, manifestations, and presence of every embodiment of the Creator throughout the Universe of the Creator and beyond. This is what I am attempting to achieve, it is mind-blowing! It is a task I have accepted as a service to my own ascension and to gift greater knowledge and knowingness to those willing and ready to receive. You may wish to hold the intention during meditation to connect with my energy, Sanat Kumara, asking to receive the wisdom and knowingness I am exploring and obtaining. I will deliver the energy to you in a way that more suits you and at a vibrational level which you are able to understand. When you connect with me in this way you will feel your entire being expand and magnify, experiencing the infinite nature of the Creator while remaining within your own reality and dimension. The Emergence of the Crystalline Consciousness and Frequencies
As Lord of the Universe, there is much I could share with you. I wish to bring to your attention the growing presence and essence of the Crystalline Consciousness and Frequencies. Souls within the Universe of the Creator are using certain crystal essence as healing energies to support numerous and diverse shifts. The crystal energies coming forth to be of service are Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Jet and Black Obsidian. Each crystal can be found in its physical form on the Earth. However, you can connect with the essence of their energy within the Universe of the Creator. In the same way, you would call upon an angel for healing or support, you can call upon the energy of a crystal from the Universe of the Creator. This means the energy of the crystal is at its purest and in many ways is completely different from its physical form on the Earth. Imagine the energy of a crystal magnified one hundred times and you will begin to realise the power that can be harnessed through the inner plane manifestation of the crystal. Rather than an object or form the crystal energy within the Universe of the Creator is a source and frequency, it is expansive and free-flowing. When you call a crystal frequency to work with you it will unite with your soul sharing what is most appropriate to assist you. The crystal frequencies are akin to a consciousness intuitively working from the Universe of the Creator, not needing a physical form, simply creating transformation and healing. The four crystal frequencies I, Sanat Kumara, mentioned are particularly making a powerful impact at this time of ascension. I believe they have been gifted into action by higher beings to serve those upon the Earth as well. They are promoting a new way of working with the crystal frequencies, holding the same intensity and power as any other higher being of light.
Rose Quartz
You can call forth the crystal frequency and energy of Rose Quartz from the Universe of the Creator to assist with cleansing your being, surroundings, in fact, anything you believe requires energetic or spiritual cleansing. The essence of the frequency of Rose Quartz is unconditional and universal love, it is an expression of energy from the core of the Creator. It is deeply healing because its intensity of love washes away anything that is not love. It is also gentle enough to be used with animals, babies, children and anyone not familiar with spiritual healing. The frequency of Rose Quartz is pouring into the Earth and all souls now, its purpose is to create powerful shifts, akin to a wave washing away all that hinders and blocks the presence of the Creator. Thus, awakening and activating love to create loving relationships with self and others as well as an expansive heart chakra to allow higher aspects of the heart chakra to download into manifestation. Even for Mother Earth this transition is taking place now, higher aspects of her heart chakra and greater volumes of love are downloading into her earthly heart chakra.

The crystal frequency and essence of Amethyst from the Universe of the Creator are also available to be accessed and used to aid ascension. The energy source of Amethyst is supporting the awakening of intuition and trust within those who call upon its energy. This is essential in this time of ascension; it allows for a deeper connection with the Creator present within you. With the presence of Rose Quartz, you are encouraged to open your being beyond that which you have currently experiencing to love and a powerful cleansing. This coupled with Amethyst allows for a clear connection within your being promoting the beauty that unfolds when you access and trust in your intuition. As the Creator brings forth these energy sources into your awareness, the Creator is inviting humanity and all beings to listen and trust within. Listen to the true voice within rather than the babbles of the mind, the fiery nature of the ego or the restricting presence of fear. Amethyst is present to reconnect you to your spiritual pathway and abilities so you may see, sense and acknowledge the spiritual nature of your being. This is an important step for humanity which will create tremendous transformation.
As with any of these crystal frequencies you may call upon their energies to anchor into the Earth and humanity. The frequency of Amethyst is especially necessary when wishing to create and support world healing and ascension shifts.

The frequency of Jet supports a powerful purging of all that does not serve or promote the Creator, it cleanses deep into the foundations of your being and reality. Thus, promoting the radiance of your inner truth and peace. The frequency of Jet encourages you to be an embodiment of your inner peace and calmness even in times of chaos and uncertainty. You may be able to recognise that the frequency of Jet is much needed upon the Earth now. Jet’s essence along with Rose Quartz and Amethyst is promoting a powerful release of wounds and pain to create liberation.

Black Obsidian is present within the Universe of the Creator and to channel into the Earth to create space and a breather so light may pour through filling the space created. Black Obsidian as an energy frequency can create a clearing that allows you to connect with the expansive nature of the Creator, this manifests a grounding of the divinity of your being. Another essential and powerful energy for this time of ascension.

The beauty within you is the infinite, glowing, magnificence of the Creator. Something that is unfathomable, yet you live and breath it every day, often without even realising it.
I AM a Gift
Can you imagine you are already everything you seek; you are already the magnificence that is the Creator, you are already connected to and an expression of the Creator? If you are willing to recognise this, you are ready to recognise yourself beyond your personality, your physical body, your circumstances, and even beyond the energy of the Creator you believe to be within you. In doing so, you are ready to seek the beauty of the Creator within you, allowing it to blossom and unfold with ease and perfection. Focusing deep within your being, means that you to some extent let go of your attachment to all you know yourself to be as a physical being living on the Earth, instead you begin to identify with yourself in a new way, which is unique to you. You may recognise yourself as an expression of the Creator, as a gift to yourself and the world. The challenge is to recognise yourself as a gift and uniquely valuable from a space of love and truth within you, rather than from the ego. When your ego is involved your understanding of the oneness becomes askew; you believe you are the one and only, rather than a part of a larger puzzle where everyone is a gift. Recognising yourself as a gift is to recognise the presence of the Creator within you, this is an aspect of your mastery and inner awakening. It encourages you to shift between the energy of oneness and the ego, bringing both into unification, serving their appropriate roles. During this lesson of mastery, you may find yourself lost in illusion of being the Creator’s gift to humanity, then the extreme of experiencing the humbleness of expressing the Creator as an essence through you. When you reach a state of balance within you, your knowingness of yourself as a gift will truly blossom, and your understanding of this will be beyond anything I, Archangel Metatron, can describe to you. By using my invocation and confirmation, repeating it gently, you can begin to seek and explore within you, allowing yourself to study deeper than ever before.
I AM a Channel
If you are willing to explore the magnificent nature of your being, the presence of the Creator within you and your infinite connection to all that is the Creator, you will naturally recognise yourself as a channel. To channel is to be an expression of the Creator, expressing the Creator through all you are as an essence of the Creator living a physical, emotional and mental existence on the Earth. To channel is to distribute what is needed at the most appropriate and divine timing. This is different to channeling when your mind feels it is appropriate or when you feel others need to experience your truth because they need to make changes in their life. To channel is to allow the essence of the Creator to flow through you, while you remain in your power.
It has been said by many that certain souls will come to the Earth as gifts to humanity, channeling the Creator, destined to transform the Earth and life for many. Many people are waiting for these special ones to emerge to make the changes that are needed to the world and bring the healing which is essential. I, Archangel Metatron, wish to share that you are that gift, channel, and special soul that the Earth and humanity has been waiting for to bring transformation and healing. Can you imagine this, can you connect with this, does it feel remotely real? I, Archangel Metatron, also wish to say that your neighbours, loved ones, those in other countries and everyone across the world are also gifts, channels and special souls present to heal and transform the world. Even those who seems to be creating chaos in the world at this time. Can you imagine and connect with this? Could you recognise you are all?
You are all gifts, channels and special souls ready to work in unison as guided to achieve more than is imaginable in the world.
You are a channel for the world; to aid and assist healing and transformation in the world. This is true for everyone, even if you feel you do not know how to channel and have no gifts to share. If you do believe you can’t channel and have no gifts to share, now is the time to seek within you, once you recognise that you are a gift, an essence and expression of the Creator, everything else will unfold. There is simply a need to connect with the presence of the Creator within you. In doing so, you will connect with your truth. Beliefs and fears about not being good enough, not having skills or abilities, not knowing where to start and so forth, will fall away as the truth emerges.
You are a channel for the world, the unique way you bring forth the Creator will heal and transform yourself and many souls on the Earth. This is not a reality only for the select few, it is your reality. I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to contemplate the word and concept of channeling. Let go of everything you know channeling to be and ask within you what channeling is for you, in your reality. Through this discovery, you will affirm to yourself your natural existence as a spiritual being and a physical being on the Earth. Through the invocation and confirmation, I shared with you at the beginning of my communication, I wish to encourage you to recognise yourself anew and to realise yourself in a new light within your reality. You are a channel for the world, what does the Creator wish to express through you? What is blossoming and emerging within you to be delivered into the world? All the questions I, Archangel Metatron, put to you and you seek are all within you. There is simply a need to first recognise yourself as a gift in the purest and more humble way. In doing so you will awaken the truth of the Creator within you, understanding the purpose of the Creator as it flows through your being, connecting with you and so many souls upon the Earth.
Why is it Important Now to Seek Within?
Your own inner power in many ways is so fragile, it can seem as if it is so easily taken from you or given away. To hold onto your power in a world with so many opinions, rules and judgments can be challenging. Rejecting your power can also be easily experienced because of wounds, pain and suffering. Yet you only really know yourself and are yourself when you allow yourself to exist in the centre of your power. Now is the time to do so. When you are in your power you are a gift, a channel and transformational person for yourself and all. You empower others to be the same, you unite the presence of the Creator within you, around you and within all beings. It is time to claim your power and claim all you seek. Thus, you will assist the ascension, healing and transformation of all.
